"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It's an adults-only hotel (16+), which is fantastic. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves parties and a lively atmosphere. There are different DJ parties every night; we experienced a 'white party' and a 'silent party'. The parties are daily, with varied themes, and run until 2 AM. I can confidently recommend this hotel to young people; the crowd is respectable, and many guests come to party as well. You'll find people from various countries – Europeans, Turks, and guests from former CIS countries. Food-wise, I'd give it a 5+; it's often better than many five-star hotels. Alcohol isn't the hotel's strong suit; the draft Efes beer felt very watered down. They have local wine in large bottles and Pirlanta sparkling wine, which is decent. For spirits, they offer JB whiskey, Yeni Raki, and others. Cocktails are made only from a menu. Mohitos are free at the lobby bar, but they told us adding strawberry syrup would be an extra charge, which was quite surprising. Staff performance varies; some try hard, others less so. The ladies in the lobby weren't particularly pleasant. However, Mustafa, a tall waiter in the main restaurant, was incredibly diligent with all guests – a big thank you to him! The room was small but in good condition. There were no cotton swabs in the room; I messaged them on WhatsApp, but they never brought any – zero response. Only soap and 2-in-1 shampoo are provided in large dispensers. The mini-bar is only refilled upon check-in with 1.5-liter bottles of Coke and Fanta. Water is replenished constantly. Throughout the day, there are many fitness activities. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an active vacation without children."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms were filthy, extremely uncomfortable, and looked nothing like a place that should welcome guests. The entire property is tiny and feels cramped. Our room had almost no privacy—the curtain barely covered the window, and people could easily walk by and look straight inside. The staff was the worst part of the experience. The manager (someone named Sinan who never properly introduced himself, never provided a business card), was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the unacceptable condition of the rooms, he argued with us, treated us disrespectfully, and reduced us to tears. We were forced to leave immediately because staying there simply wasn’t an option. Despite not spending a single night and leaving within a couple of hours, the hotel refused to refund even a single cent. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Poor hygiene, terrible customer service, and absolutely no respect for guests. We strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to book somewhere else."
