On 30 September 2022, I went to Güleç Hotel to check in for my stay of 4 nights in Bodrum. I called the owner a couple of days before arriving, I let him know about my arrival and departure date and he confirmed my reservation orally. I suggested to transfer deposit money but he told me that wasn't needed. On the day of the arrival, I have been informed that they were booked. I called the owner who wasn't there and he told me a group called after me and he gave the room to them. He said, FORTUNATELY, he didn't take my deposit. He also said I could come back two days later. It was a very disrespectful conversation. He didn't say any word of apologies and I started my holidays with the terrible feeling this situation gave me. Then I found a nice peaceful place and tried to forget about it. One month later, I believe that people who read this should know about this event. I stayed 3 times in Hotel Güleç before but now they lost me. I will never stay there again.
