The stay was good overall, but I was disappointed that the bar closed too early and there was no live music. Adding live music and extending the bar hours would make it a much better place to relax and enjoy the evening.

Overall a very nice staying experience at the hotel. Service and amenities was very nice with high quality toiletries. Food is good but some are quite bland, a bit more salt and spices would be nice. But definitely will stay here again given the chance

The service was great from the entrance, Security was guide and explain properly. Fo team was good attitude and clearly explain the room. Pak Andi, HK team and FB team was superb.... they surprise my son birth day during our in room dinner. Really memorable stay at leuweung geledegan eco... Had a great time with friends here. Nice location, nice ambiance, helpful staffs, great experience. Room is great, but the toilet is quite small for some people with big/tall figures. The shuttle is helpful eventhough it was out of service for a couple of times. But the distance from parking lot to the lobby is not that far. They only have 1 shuttle car for all guests. It would be great if Bobocabin provide more shuttle to the lobby, bcs the capacity for 1 shuttle is just for 3 persons and we need to wait for the car to go back and forth.

Its beyond our expectation...overall experience was amazing and so much fun. Staying in the caravan was very comfort and romantic, would love to comback again The surrounding was like living in the elves village just like rivendell from lord of the rings. The comfort was blend perfectfully with the forest nature The animal riding such as pony and camel brings lots of fun and experiences for the kids

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!
