"We had a pleasant stay at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for families with kids. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pools and spent most of their time there, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room could be better, as we noticed a few details that needed more attention. The TV in the room also felt a bit small compared to the room size and could be upgraded for a more comfortable viewing experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back, especially because the kids had such a wonderful time."

"We went as a family with 2 toddlers and stayed in the large Willys tent room, which had 3 beds. It was enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The buggy cars were readily available to take us around the resort's facilities. The service was friendly and fast. Breakfast was complete and delicious. Highly recommended for families with children, as the playground is also great and spacious... this might be one of the best playgrounds I've seen at any hotel/resort."
