Bad attention, they don't clean the rooms, they mistreat the guests, they don't put toilet paper in the rooms when it runs out and the worst and serious thing is that they also want to charge you the entire account when you have already paid. The staff almost hit me just for saying it. One with blue eyes from general services told the taxi driver who was taking me to the airport to mistreat me. And the very kind taxi driver told me. What a disaster of attention and staff.

Couple, October 15, 2022. PRICES: 6/10 Night: $128,302 Minibar: 50% more expensive than outside. ARRIVAL: 3/10 The reservation was made by Booking, we were afraid that when we arrived we would not have a room because they do not respond to messages and the phone is always busy to confirm the reservation. Therefore there is no guarantee of having a safe room. After arriving from an event at Corferias we checked in at 9:30 p.m., the area is a bit lonely and dark although there are shops across the street. To keep in mind: they require a document and signatures from each person to deliver the room. If you arrive dressed in a traditional or comfortable way (clothes not necessarily brand name, jeans, sweater, comfortable shoes) and with an attitude of gratitude and humility (which is what we always want to highlight and try), they serve with a little indifference. So much so that they supposedly gave us room 403 and to our surprise it was already occupied, we wrote to reception and they sent us to 407. ROOM: 3/10 Small: perhaps because of checking in at night or because of our wardrobe and attitude Humble, they gave us the smallest and worst located room in the hotel. Good WiFi TV DID NOT WORK: We wrote and asked the reception to fix it at night and they ignored us, then in the morning the maintenance staff came up but the response was: "It's a problem of course, we can't do anything, as the check out are doing today so there's no way to change the room either. That is to say, "Of course it is only affected in room 407." The bathroom has air conditioning (odor dispersion). Pretty clean. They only gave ONE TOWEL The pillows are a little thick so sleeping is a little uncomfortable. The blinds are electric. Soap dispenser in the bathroom. FOOD AND DRINK: 7/10 Includes breakfast. (Buffet) Good seasoning, the eggs smelled strange as if they had been raw, they do not handle stevia, they do not handle lactose-free milk, they reuse in various ways what is left over from the previous day, which is good because I do not know how badly it is spent, since it still was still in good condition. The minibar prices are a little excessive, but they are within the norm when talking about hotels. SERVICE: 2/10 Very indifferent staff, they treat the guest according to how they look or act. They do not solve maintenance problems that may arise. 24 hour service (No problem if you want to leave at any time). A girl goes to all the rooms in the morning to check what was consumed from the Minibar, which is incredibly uncomfortable for guests. LOCATION: 8/10 Close to the airport and Corferias. FACILITIES: 4/10 Small rooms and beds (although doubles are offered), the restaurant is cozy and has a good presentation, although they place the television at high volume on national channels, they do not entertain with music, which makes one feel in a common neighborhood restaurant.
