"This hotel is relatively close to the airport. You can book whatever you want after getting off the plane. Advantages: The price is not too high, the hygiene is okay, the environment on the first floor is okay, there is a place to sit and talk about things, and there is also breakfast. Although very simple Disadvantages: The room is too small, not 18 square meters at all. You can only turn around in places other than the bed where 2 people sleep. Also there is no hair dryer. After washing my hair, I asked them if they had a hair dryer. I can only sleep with wet hair, which is very depressing."

"The Bogota Marriott is a good option for those visiting the Colombian capital. The hotel's modern design nicely incorporates traditional Colombian elements. But, the real reason I give this hotel five stars is the excellent staff. Everyone at the front desk is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also efficient and friendly. I would particularly like to mention Manuel, who did a fantastic job making sure all the rooms on the 10th floor were clean and well-serviced. The lounge on the 10th floor is worth the extra money. It's spacious and comfortable. They offer a light supper buffet from 6 to 9pm, which is actually very useful in Colombia. In Colombia we tend to eat large, heavy breakfasts and lunches. By dinner time, most of us probably would not want to go out for another substantial meal. The supper buffet at the lounge was therefore perfect for us. There was always a variety of fresh vegetables and a small, but fresh, selection of cheeses, charcuterie, desserts, and a rotating selection of two entree-style options. Esteban is the gentleman in charge of the lounge, and he does a fantastic job. The hotel is located in Ciudad Salitre, close to a collection of office buildings and only 15-25 minutes from the airport. This is a convenient location for business travelers. It's also a good option for people who want quick access to places like Centro Internacional and la Candelaria. The hotel is not located in the midst of Bogota's hip areas where the best restaurants and cafes are located. However, you can easily get a taxi on Uber or Cabify or use one of the white cars located at the hotel entrance. It might feel like a bit of a journey to get to Chapinero Alto, Quinta Camacho, Zona G, Zona T, Parque de la 93 or Usaquén, but the comfort and service offered by the hotel and the excellent cost-quality ratio make this property an excellent option. I have just a couple of suggestions for the hotel: (1) it would be nice if the breakfast were more Colombian and less "international". Breakfast is the meal where Colombian food shines. While there is a nice selection of croissants and baguettes in the bread section of the breakfast buffet, there were no almojábanas, pandebono, pandeyuca, breads that international visitors tend to enjoy. Also, it might be a nice touch to substitute the American 80s pop music in the background with some Colombian rhythms. (2) The rooms could use a couple of updates. The carpeting looks tired. Also, it would be nice if the hotel replaced the bath tubs with spacious standing showers."

"I have stayed in over 2000 Marriott hotels and have Lifetime status. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in without heat, air conditioning or windows that opened to let in fresh air. It’s a very modern hotel with numerous amenities but I did not have a comfortable sleep. The Trip website said that air conditioning always available - but that was false advertising."

"The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast could be improved and have a little more variety, the attention of the staff is first class. But I have to make some notes in front of the place, this is in a place called free zone, which is a conglomerate of customs warehouses, for this reason at the entrance of this place there is a security service that is attended by very rude doormen, it is a nuisance to have to register your passport every time you enter and leave and that the Uber Taxi services cannot enter and have to register as well and one cannot enter with the transport putting their safety at risk. In addition, they are extremely bold, they retained my document while they verified that I was in the hotel knowing that I had just left and they had already received me less than two hours ago. I would recommend that you notify the guests of these inconveniences."

"I paid ~ USD 550 a night here with an executive suite room with club lounge excess. Love the room as it has 2 toilets. Though the room is old and run down, lots of space which we need due to 1 month of trekking here. Mattress needs to change as it is sinking down. For charging this rate, they can easily get better mattress. Housekeeping is rather poor as you have to keep reminding them. Club lounge is only use for happy hour 6-8pm and good nice hot food and plenty of snacks to takeaway. Breakfast has plenty to eat though the yoghurt section needs to improve. Staff are nice and helpful. Gym is 24hrs and love their indoor lap pool which is warm and 24hrs! I would stay here again if I've a stopover and I need a good swim! But they need to improve their steam room. It looks dirty and the hot jet doesn't work well."
