The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel are very pleasant and in keeping with its name, although the rooms are a bit small. The cost of the hotel restaurant was exaggerated for the site, it exceeded prices of much more renowned and traditional restaurants in the area. The customer service did not seem good to us, they did not want to supply additional elements to the room such as towels, arguing that "the budget did not allow for that" and they wanted to charge us an additional 50% of the rate for having arrived 1 hour before the check in.

Tuve una experiencia muy mala y negativa. La limpieza en las habitaciones es mala, las sábanas no se cambian entre huéspedes con pelo de mujer y manchas. piso pegajoso Cuando les pedí que se cambiaran, simplemente enderezaron la sábana y esperaron que no me diera cuenta. El hotel esta situado en la calle 100, una de las mejores zonas para alojarse en Bogota, hotel muy bonito, habitaciones amplias y preciosas. Desayuno muy completo y rico, cafe excepcional. El personal muy amable y todo limpio e impecable. Volvere sin duda

un hotel veramente stupendo, super pulito, ogni giorno ci pulivano la stanza e ci rimettevano le cose da bagno. Molto bello ed elegante, ottima colazione a base di uova , frutta freschissima e cornetti e panini dolci e salati. Personale gentile, posizione in una strada super safe e vicina a ristoranti e supermercato. La miglior scelta che potessimo fare a Bogotà, non volevo venire via da quanto mi piaceva
