Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogota

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location for dining and entertainment within walking distance. Loved the ambiance. Staff was kind and helpful. Great restaurant and speakeasy bar on site. If you like the rich atmosphere of antiques, leather and fragrant hardwood, this is the place for you.

El Very chic boutique hotel & four seasons doesn’t disappoint as usual. The staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody with an eye for class.

Great Hotel. Needs just a few tweaks to be Perfect Amazing property. Service is impeccable! Great breakfast/food and the Speakeasy is a hidden gem. Recommendation. Update TV’s to smart TV’s. Phones are last century.

Nice, but... Older hotel that has been updated. While it is very charming it is not to the typical Four Seasons standards in other countries. The rooms are quite loud with street/car noise through the night. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Location away from the sites of the city but still pretty decent.

We have stayed at several FS properties over the years but this property didn’t meet expectations. We were given a room in the colonial building despite rooms in the newer building showing as available online. The room was dark and tired with a lumpy mattress and no heating (Bogotá in January is cold). We asked to upgrade to a suite and were quoted a cost that was higher than booking the suite online. The immediate area doesn’t feel secure. It’s a shame as we have upcoming trips to Bogotá and the rates are good but I’d skip this property for others in the area.
