Great location in La Candelaria. All the staff were very courteous and efficient. Cleanliness was everywhere. I liked the reception and communal area on the second floor. Kitchen was good too. A simple breakfast was also included.

Very central located and well equipped with balconies including amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home! Even a sauna you find there and a shelf full of books from all over the world. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

The wooden floor makes a lot of noise when someone walks on it
The bed sheets are old and dirty
The staff was the worst. I was waiting for breakfast and it was my turn, but they took mine and gave it to another customer and told me to wait 5 more minutes!!

This hostel is clean and quiet with attentive, friendly staff. Very affordable and located in an ideal location within a short walk of many attractions in La Candelaria (old town Bogota). I would stay here again and highly recommend to budget-minded travelers who are not looking for the party vibe that accompanies many hostels.

Excellent Hostel very well located and cosy. It's a clean and beautiful place, a lot of people come here from everywhere. The people working there are welcoming and recommended us great places. Very good value for money and nice breakfasts. Thanks for everything !

I stayed in the dorm, which has the advantage of only having single beds and no bunk beds. But the downside of being a bit chilly at night, a bit noisy when arriving late / departing early (creaky parquet floors...) and far from the showers/WCs which are on the floor below. Small details that should not overshadow the many positive points: friendly staff, a simple breakfast that deserves to be included (you can upgrade it for a few extra dollars), comfortable beds and a great location to visit.

The staff is wonderful! The receptionist is the kindest and most helpful person in the world! Loaned me cell phone adapter, negotiated Uber price in Spanish :) hot showers, rooms cleaned every day! However, I stayed in the dorm on the top floor and the bathrooms were on the bottom floor. Also, the wooden floor in the room makes a lot of noise, so I woke up every time someone walked on there. The price was right and the experience was good!
