This was my first time staying at the hotel. It was a cute, newer building. There was less rooms than the typical hotel which I liked. The staff was friendly and it was located in a quiet street in Bogotà

Very friendly hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccably clean but rooms are ready for a bit of update. Staff extremely friendly and made our stay pleasant and well worth the expense A bit off the beaten track but taxis readily got us back to this accommodation Only downer was the short period in which to have breakfast, this does need extending to a more appropriate hour, no chance of a lie in with these timings However breakfast room staff were fantastic.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, however we needed cctv footage for a bag that was left in one of our taxis. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming , taking time out to help us track down and identify the taxi. Staff member Cesar Alvarado helped to retrieve the footage and then went out of his way to phone up taxi companies to help us. Absolutely amazing staff , I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a welcoming and friendly experience whilst in Bogotá

The hotel is good, friendly helpful staff. Always willing to help and advise on any issue. The hotel is located in a quiet safe area. You can buy drinks at the reception. 1. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but leaves much to be desired. Fruit, toast and drinks + scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs on request, which will be prepared for you right away. Will go for a snack. The pancakes that are offered are generally impossible to eat. 2. Cleanliness in the room. It was dusty. 3. Soundproofing. When you rest in the room, you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms. Overall, we liked the property. Thank you

Ficamos hospedados apenas dois dias nesse hotel e que lugarzinho gostoso, fomos super bem recepcionados, o quarto era ótimo e o café da manhã também, os ovos mexidos uma delícia! O bairro é super tranquilo e tem muita opção de restaurantes nas redondezas, fica uns 10 min de carro da Zona Rosa. Achei um ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel é tão charmoso que parece uma casa familiar, amei cada segundo da minha hospedagem e indico sem pestanejar. Esqueci o nome da moça que nos atendeu, ela foi super solicita e tentou ao máximo entender nosso "portunhol"
