They refused us at the door because we didnt have a stamp on our passports. We flew to bogota from medellin to fix our colombian visa. We are american and i tried to explain to her we were there to finalize are visa but she refused to let us in. Not only that she made us wait an hour to check in. The service and communication was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Thank goodness another hotel nearby let us stay more expensive but the hotel was an upgrade. We want our money back as well.

I stayed for two days and felt incredibly comfortable.
I’m convinced the front desk staff are the kindest in the world.
Everything—from the room and bathroom to the common areas and sauna—was spotless.
If you’re staying in Bogotá, make sure to stay here!

The room is very good and clean. There are 3 bunk beds in the room. Each bed has a privacy curtain, lights and sockets, which is very convenient. There are also 6 lockers with hooks on the wall and a bathroom. Separated, the shower water is hot and loud, very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and enthusiastic, and provided a lot of help, such as buying bus tickets and other information. The hotel provides free coffee and hot water, and breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee of 20-25 Colombian soles. Very nice hotel.

My brother and I stayed at the hostel and had the best burgers ever at the la nevera! We can't wait to come back and hope Brenden will be here too! I didn't expect to have such a good time in Bogota! Thank you for being such good hosts, this was the best hostel we've stayed in in South America.

Stayed here for a couple days and really enjoyed it. Love the meet & drinks that are organized by Brenden, he makes the event each day feel very welcoming. There are also other fun activities that are organized by the hostel, my first night Brenden took a group from the meet & drink on a partybus to theatron, amazing experience!

i loved saris and john was the best!!!!! made my trip better place is comfortable and clean. I loved the spa but what was the best was the events and people who work there specially john and saris they are super careful and friendly. They helped me to make friends and made my experience even better

When I first arrived in Bogota I had a different Hostel booked, I didn’t like it so I cancelled and decided to try out the Viajero. I was welcomed very well by Juanita. After staying here for 5 days, I have had an amazing experience with the vibes. Also cant forget the amazing staff, Paula and Alejo.

I had a great time, the staff John, Jay and Vanessa were very nice and welcoming. John and Vanessa both went out there way to show me around a few places in the tourist area which was kind of them. The spa was also exceptional, better than a lot of spas that I have been to in the past.
