前台態度極差！昨晚關燈躺下後發現正對床的安全出口標識一直發著綠光，特別亮且無法關閉，照的半個房間都是綠色，於是打電話給前台尋找解決方案，但得到的回答是“這又不是我設計的！每個房間就是這樣！我有什麼辦法！你找我也沒用！”語氣態度極其惡劣。在攜程平台找客服説明情況後，前台又打來電話叫來服務員説可以給我一個東西擋一下，但此時我們已經睡下，完全打擾了我們的休息。前台明明可以在第一通電話時就表達歉意+提出解決方案（幫我找東西遮擋），我打電話的目的就是解決問題，比較這個燈不管合不合理它都已經在了。但前台卻惡語相向。此外這個設計確實不太合理，住了那麼多酒店沒有遇到過這樣的。而且一開始進房間時刷卡刷不進去。門鎖也有為問題！

有使以來最差勁的體驗，洗澡的下水道堵，半夜洗手盆的堵。換房間往低端的換。換了第二個房間跟冰窖一樣，空調還用不了。換第3次才算好。服務設施有待完善。

酒店位置不錯，距離賽里木湖一個小時的車程，酒店有早餐，酒店老闆很好，推薦的非常好，酒店設施齊全衞生乾淨，床很舒服，環境不錯。

住宿體驗還不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，也很安靜。唯一就是臨走時因為家人有點兒拉肚子，跟門口客房服務人員要一卷衞生紙，居然先問我是不是續房了，我説沒有後磨磨唧唧不願給，我想説我還沒退房呢！

位置一般，房間洗髮液安裝個架子，一次衹能擠一點點，侮辱了一晚上400多元的價格，也太小氣了吧。雖説有早餐，也是借用其他賣早餐的，早餐最多值8元，早晚被自己弄死。看到評論的親人們，去看看其他家。太沒性價比了～
