The Stargazing Room was romantic and comfortable, with panoramic views that were absolutely superb – allowing us to take in the lake and mountain scenery without even leaving the room. The afternoon tea selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh; the buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options. "Avoid this Atour at all costs! Their twin room is on the top floor, and they didn't warn us about any strange noises before check-in. At night, we discovered a continuous humming sound. We were told it was due to the hot water pump on the roof, which makes noise whenever someone uses water! When we called the front desk, their solution was to offer eye masks. Later, they suggested we switch rooms at midnight! I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities and have never experienced such terrible service!!!"

"I arrived at the hotel quite late, around 1 a.m., and the first room 1903 had a smell when I entered it. My wife is sensitive to smells and she felt nauseous, so she called the front desk to ask if she could change the room. The front desk said yes, and they would give me the same room. Then the robot sent me the 1511 card, but after I swiped the card, I could only go to the fifth floor. I went to the fifth floor and swiped the card but couldn't open room 0511. I thought the front desk might have written the wrong room number, so I went back to the 19th floor. I tried calling 1911 but it couldn't be opened, so I called the front desk again. The front desk had a new person this time, maybe due to a shift change, and I wasn't sure about the situation. They communicated again and said they would send it to me again, but they hung up. My wife thought it was delivered by a robot again, so she called again and asked them to deliver it manually, because the robot might be slower. Finally, I went to room 1511. When I entered, I found that there were heavy stains on the table. The table must not have been wiped at all because it was very new. It was probably left by the previous tenant eating. At this time, I went to check other places and found that there was a hair in the sink. I didn’t want to guess what the hair was. There are also ones on the ground at the door. Because I had been struggling to change rooms for nearly half an hour, it was already too late, so if I didn’t want to bother, just forget it and just sleep when I could. My wife's tone may not have been very good when she called in the early morning, but when I showed these photos to the front desk the next day, my attitude was fine. After all, it was not the front desk's personal fault, but the hotel's. However, the front desk was more Indifferent, unapologetic, and very disappointed with this hotel."

The room is equipped with an XiaoDu smart device, so you can control the curtains and lights with your voice – it's really easy and convenient to use. There's plenty of hot water all day long, so you can wash up and relax whenever you want. The room was spotless, even the corners were perfectly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, always available when needed and very efficient. The afternoon tea included freshly cut watermelon and cantaloupe, which were sweet and refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. At check-out, you can even take away freshly ground, packed coffee, which was perfect for our journey. The service details were meticulously handled, making our stay relaxing and worry-free. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, I highly recommend this place!"
