酒店的前台服務真是好，我來的時候幫我提行李，帶我辦理入住，還把我和家裡人一起送到房間，細心的給我們介紹了房間各個地方。特別值得一提的是阿力木江小哥哥，不僅用他那温暖的笑容和親切的服務讓我深深感受到了新疆的風情與魅力。 對工作認真負責的態度，以及熱情的接待讓我非常滿意👍。酒店還提供了免費的飲用水，這一點也讓我感到非常滿意。唯一的小遺憾可能是如果酒店內能配備洗衣機就更好了，這樣對於去賽里木湖遊玩的客人來説會更加方便。
