We live on the first floor, and the sound of walking and talking on the second floor can be heard constantly, which affects the quality of sleep. I called the front desk to see if I could change rooms, but was told no. I asked the front desk if we could notify the residents on the second floor to speak softer. The front desk replied that they had informed us and let us negotiate with the residents on the second floor! What a ridiculous reply! I will give you a bad review tonight!

The service is excellent and enthusiastic. There are a lot of Xinjiang delicacies around. I also gave a lot of fruits. I like it here.

The hotel facilities are very new, and some are still under renovation! The deluxe king-size room I booked is very large, with floor heating, and the hotel restaurant has good food! The only drawback is that because I brought two children with me, I called the front desk at night to add a quilt, and a female staff member told me that there was one in the room cabinet. We searched for a long time but couldn't find one, and finally told me that the room couldn't add a quilt! I called a male staff member the second time and he sent me a quilt! The hotel facilities and location are good, but since it is a service industry, I hope that the staff can also be trained more! Don't let the service lower the level of the hotel! I haven't heard that the hotel can't add a quilt!
