Staff are friendly and courteous-except for the minor issue of the slow draining of water after taking a shower I would still recommend Tides Hotel😁

I love the room layout- the separate shower room & toilet. The problem is that in my particular room, the exhaust fans in both the CR & the shower were TOO NOISY. They need to be replaced. I also noticed many ants near the coffee area of the room. Perhaps a little pest control is needed? And the gym apparatus are so ANTIQUATED. The gym would have been a plus in any resort hotel. But, overall, it was a nice stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the center of Dmall and very close to the beach. Service was provided upon request. Room is pretty standard, nothing special.

Amazing experience staying there. Staff is very warm and welcome, they helped a lot! Excellent location and facilities.
We loved a lot that we have booked again for our next trip to Boracay.
