The hotel should be newly opened in 2022. The environment is very clean and there is no peculiar smell. It is very comfortable and clean. If I go to Bordeaux again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The stay was great and the facilities were very new, however they charged us the 90€ deposit because they said we smoked in the room, which is totally false since we are not smokers nor have we ever smoked. The rooms have a kitchen, so the smoke detector can easily go off when cooking. We are highly outraged because they have kept our deposit without any demonstrable reason, given that neither of the two people who stayed there are smokers. I recommended this place with a 10 on booking because we really liked it, but they have shamelessly robbed us, so I will never go back or recommend it.

Hello, I do not recommend this hotel. I made a reservation for one night and there was no hot water on arrival in the evening and the same the next morning. Not very comfortable for a hotel. I am in Bordeaux every week for my studies and I wanted to try this new address but what a disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel.

Mon séjour TRÈS particulier au Montempô Appart'hôtel Bordeaux Belvédère. Je voyage souvent pour le boulot dans des hôtels 3-4 étoiles, mais là... j'en suis encore sidéré ! Premier choc dès l'arrivée : "Ce sera 90€ de caution pour le studio." Quoi ?! Non seulement c'est inhabituel, mais la façon dont on me l'a annoncé... On aurait dit que je débarquais d'une autre planète en posant des questions ! Mais, le "meilleur" était à venir : le réceptionniste de nuit. Comment dire... 🤦♂️ •Le gars récitait ses phrases comme un robot mal programmé (super flippant) •L'odeur... Mon Dieu, l'odeur ! J'ai limite retenu ma respiration pendant nos échanges •Et ses pauses clopes toutes les 30 minutes ? Reception ? Allô ? Personne ? •Ah, et l'anglais "couramment parlé" promis sur le site ? Une belle blague ! Les autres "surprises" : •Le parking ? Un vrai casse-tête (et payant, bien sûr !) •Trouver l'hôtel ? Un jeu de piste nocturne •La salle de bain... Disons que j'ai vu mieux dans des auberges de jeunesse •Et la cerise sur le gâteau : "Merci de descendre vous-même vos poubelles" (ils auraient pu prévenir, non ?) Sans parler de leur obsession pour la caution... J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils cherchaient la moindre petite rayure pour la garder ! Le seul point positif ?
