Disaappointing to try to call the room service 3 times at 11 pm between each call half an hour asking for water to the room ...with no chance .. i went down asking for water to the room ...they talked to me in a very bad way ... and i need to pay for the water ...how come ?? Not for money ..i slept the night without water ... the manaver was so kind ...and the reception lady was super kind ...but unforttunately total disspaointed from such thing and the way of service ...despite the fact that the hotel is in prime location and very fancy

The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy. But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty.
But can recommend anyway.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes.
The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed.
The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return.
Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.
