From the moment I went to check in, I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. The person who checked me in kept telling me there was something on my account and he needed management. I asked what the issue was but he would not tell me. He than got his manager and they discussed whether to check me on or not right in front of me. I asked again what the issue was and he still refused to tell me. After that he rushed through the hotel rules so fast I still don’t understand them. At no point did I feel like they wanted me at this property.

Convenient and comfy The room was terrific, though the neighbors were a bit rambunctious at 9 am on a Saturday. Bed was very comfortable and the staff (aside from a curt check-in desk agent) was really wonderful.

Safe and clean Great location in the seaport for our concert plans. Room was large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We also used the pool, workout room and sauna.
