Booked to go on a night out in Bournemouth, place has free parking, is on the doorstep of town and is clean, one of my friends left her passport in the room and they phoned us to advise of this, honest people! Yes it could do with a modernisation, but when you pay £45 a room, just to have cleanliness and a door that locks is a luxury, of which we had both! Out of hours guy let me in and was polite, would return again!

Very nice hotel. Great location with ample free parking. Rooms were spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. I would definitely return and recommend. Check-in was quick and easy. The room came with free WiFi which was excellent especially as I was away on business.

Stayed here in February 2025 for 2 nights. Overall a very pleasant experience: Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were tidy. WiFi was good. Breakfast was nice. Very good value for money. Location is very convenient, close to many restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach.

We stayed at this hotel in August, and while the hotel boasts a good location and a nice swimming pool area, my experience was marred by significant issues that I feel compelled to share. Despite paying a hefty price of £450 per night for our accommodation, we were shocked and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room we were assigned. Upon checking out, we discovered that the cleaning under the bed was utterly disgusting and very unhygienic, with a significant amount of dirt, dust, and debris that had clearly not been attended to in a long time. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially at such a premium price. What made matters worse was the attitude of the receptionist when we raised our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, he laughed it off and insensitively remarked that it shouldn't be a big deal if we managed to sleep there that night. Such dismissive behavior from staff is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation. We later lodged a complaint, only to be met with further disappointment as the hotel refused to offer any form of compensation for our unpleasant experience. This disregard for customer satisfaction is concerning and has only deepened our dissatisfaction. Additionally, we were misinformed by the hotel manager that the hotel was closed for two nights following our departure, which we later learned was untrue. To add to the confusion, our booking was inexplicably canceled after check-out, and when we questioned this, we were told it was a mistake. We strongly suspect this was an attempt to prevent us from leaving a negative review.

This hotel is run by theives I stayed here Saturday night I left Sunday morning I left my phone charger in the room, I went back 10 minutes later after check out , the charger was gone and they tried calling me a liar saying I have the charger in my bag I emptied the bag in front of them and they were still calling me a liar. Really bad stay , dirty rooms , stained bed sheets , no night service whatsoever, locks don’t work properly to gain access , I wouldn’t pay ten pound a night to stay there
