Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has a walk in closet. All bedrooms have black out window curtains and ceiling fans.The kitchen is fully stocked with newer Samsung appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 75 in SMART TV. There is also a 50 inch TV in the king bedroom. There is a comfortable sectional couch and a recliner chair in the living room. Both of them are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time. There is a SoundTable bluetooth speaker for your musical and podcast listening needs. Separating the two bedrooms is a laundry closet and a full bath. The laundry closet has a high capacity Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron and ironing board located in the king bedroom closet. The full bath has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet.If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the king bedroom closet for the young traveler.Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms and also in the unfinished basement. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by twh 2 stall attached garages. You are welcome to use the garage. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block.We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. We invite you to stay in our spacious 5 bedroom home located in a quiet Allouez neighborhood. Convenient to HWY 172, airport, shopping, and just a quick 6 minute drive to Lambeau Field, this is the perfect place to stay for a Packer weekend! You will be adjacent to Heritage Hill State Historical Park and just steps from Fox River Trail access. The second story of the home has a split staircase with 2 bedrooms and one full bath on each side of the house. While you can see from one side to the other, the split stairway creates nice separation if you are traveling with two families. Several of the bedrooms have headboards with a built in charging station. The fifth bedroom is a private den on the first floor, with a pull out couch, doors that close for privacy, and a full bath attached where you may enjoy a soak in the clawfoot tub! There is a toddler bed and Pack n' Play available upon request. The well appointed and spacious eat-in kitchen with coffee bar has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. There is also a separate dining room that comfortably seats 10. The living room is large with plentiful seating, a gas fireplace, and 75" smart tv. The large, private backyard with gazebo and basketball is an added bonus. There are two parking spaces in the driveway, as well as street parking the months of April through October. Additional driveway parking is available in the driveway at the rear of the property. Outdoor cameras may be used to verify that guests are limited to 10. Additional quests may be considered upon request, prior to check-in and for an additional fee.When our home is not being rented, my husband and I reside here as our main residence, along with our dog.
