"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

It takes about 25 minutes to take the No. 2 subway directly from the hotel entrance to the North Railway Station. The hotel has the largest underground parking lot in the Bell Tower business district, divided into two floors - basement one and basement two, with 350 parking spaces, solving the problem of parking difficulties for guests near the Bell Tower. The guest rooms are designed in a fashionable, luxurious and comfortable manner. In addition, the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, children's play area, free self-service laundry room, etc., adding more convenience to guests and allowing them to enjoy business travel and vacation life.
"The hotel's location is unbeatable! Right outside the entrance is a Metro Line 6 station, and Line 2 is at the same stop, making it super convenient for getting to and from the high-speed rail station. It's surrounded by various commercial areas, and the Bell and Drum Tower, City Wall, and Muslim Quarter are all within walking distance. The hygiene and facilities are also good, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great travel experience."

"The hotel's location is very close to the Bell Tower; you can see it from the room window, and the night view is stunning. I initially thought it would be noisy being so close to the street, but the soundproofing is actually excellent. The hotel management is well-regulated; food delivery pickup is clear and convenient, and the laundry, dryer, and gym facilities are all well-equipped, providing a great experience. Additionally, the front desk helped me with laundry service and even coordinated an urgent same-city express delivery service for an important item. This safe and reliable accommodation provided excellent support for my trip to Xi'an."

"I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"Choosing this hotel for our short trip to Xi'an was an excellent decision! The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few steps from the Bell Tower. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city, with snack streets and shopping centers right around the corner. The room was clean and refreshing, with excellent hygiene, and the bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was well-equipped with all the daily necessities. The breakfast experience was great, offering a rich variety of dishes, including authentic local specialties, perfect for starting your day energized. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, providing attentive service, which made our stay very pleasant. Transportation is incredibly convenient; whether you're exploring on foot or using public transport, it's super easy. Despite being in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing was effective, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The overall environment is simple and comfortable, without any unnecessary frills, focusing on practicality and comfort. "The staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro. However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms. Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations."

"The hotel is ideally located about 500 meters south of the Bell Tower and 500 meters north of Yongning Gate, making it very convenient for transportation. The photos provided by the hotel are a bit exaggerated. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and guests stay on the 6th-7th floors. The area downstairs is lively. After staying for two days, I felt that the service, room setup, and other aspects were somewhat lacking compared to other four-star hotels on Ctrip. They only provide two bottles of water, no tea, and no coffee, but there is a direct drinking water dispenser, which is a plus. There's no mini-fridge or similar amenities. Even though it's not yet summer, the outdoor temperature was already 38 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The biggest frustration was the absence of CCTV-5 during the World Cup. Overall, the room size is average, making the price feel a bit high, but it's still decent. Xi'an's ancient city walls seem to tell stories of history to every visitor. I've had a connection with Xi'an for 25 years, and it's constantly changing and improving. Every visit brings both a sense of nostalgia and novelty. I recommend visiting Xi'an."

"I'd say it was a really cozy experience. You can see the Xi'an city wall directly from the terrace, and on the day we checked in, I happened to catch a breathtaking sunset over Xi'an. It was absolutely stunning! My favorite part was definitely the hotel's large terrace – it’s super beautiful and perfect for photos. My best friend took so many gorgeous pictures of me there! The overall environment and facilities felt very reassuring. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable to the touch. After a long day out, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down. The mattress was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I called for two extra bottles of water, and they were delivered to my room almost immediately. The service attitude was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and just a short walk to the city wall. It was a very comfortable stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Happy days!"

"🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹"

My stay at W Xian during my trip to Xi'an was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located in Qujiang, making it very convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The design seamlessly blends the culture of the prosperous Tang Dynasty Silk Road with modern trends, creating an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The staff are warm and welcoming, and Vera from guest relations provided excellent and responsive service. The breakfast spread is rich with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The facilities like the pool and gym are well-maintained. It's a perfect choice for both leisure travel and short getaways. I'll definitely choose W Xian again on my next visit.

The room amenities are fully equipped; the mini-fridge has a good selection of drinks and tea, and the fresh fruit tea in the lobby bar is also very refreshing. I particularly loved the pomegranate trees on the third-floor terrace; they perfectly complement the Xi'an atmosphere, instantly bringing to mind scenes from 'One and Only.' The hotel's back exit provides direct access to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which is very convenient for evening strolls to the Grand Tang Mall. The breakfast spread is also quite extensive, and the coffee, in particular, is very rich and smooth. Throughout my stay, I truly felt at home.

For my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the well-established and upscale Sheraton Hotel. While the decor has a bit of a vintage feel, the hotel is very well-maintained overall. The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an.

On this trip to Xi'an, I chose Mehao Lizhi Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. All the staff were incredibly warm and polite, especially the 'birdcage sofa chair' staff who gave us detailed information about local attractions and good eats, and even provided us with a comprehensive guide – truly fantastic! They also upgraded our room for free, and it was super close to the laundry room. The hotel is right near the Drum Tower, just a few minutes' walk to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

We went to Xi'an with the kids, and they wanted a bathtub and a pool. I, on the other hand, wanted a great location, close to the Grand Tang Mall, and a room over 50 square meters... We ended up choosing this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Upon check-in, they gave our two kids adorable raccoon plushies and a generous supply of fruits, snacks, and drinks. The hotel might be a bit older, but it feels luxurious and grand, not old at all. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of mirrors, which was great for getting ready. They said it was a kilometer from the Grand Tang Mall, but actually, you just step out and you're right at the tail end of it! That was a fantastic surprise! It was so convenient for dining and shopping!

Conveniently located for travel, comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and the staff are kind and attentive, making you feel right at home. The dining options are superb. The room was spotless, the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. The front desk staff were gentle and polite. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the young man working there was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and quiet, with no noise, so I decided to extend my stay for another night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were truly impressed by this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new — everything is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise and gave us much more than we expected. The laundry service was also perfectly organized and very convenient during our stay. The rooms, facilities, and common areas are all elegant and comfortable. The reception team was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Although English communication can sometimes be a little challenging in China, the staff always made a great effort to assist us and make our stay comfortable. A fantastic hotel with wonderful service. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was very comfortable. I originally booked a twin room, but since it was my first time, they upgraded me to a family room. I could also store my luggage for free after checking out. The hotel is very close to the subway station and everything you need can be bought downstairs, which is very convenient.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

I wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions. I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!
