"Very conveniently located at the town square. Across the road is Sunworld plaza, access for cable car to fansipan peak . Plenty of restaurant within 5min walk. However, do request for room away from main road which can be v noisy with music blasting & kids dancing around soliciting money at the town square. Overall , the hotel is v convenient & the room is big but the toilet is pretty small"

"I would like to commend Thao, the receptionist at K K Sapa, for her exceptional helpfulness and dedication to customer service. My daughter and I were scheduled to return to Hanoi in the afternoon from Sapa, but due to bad weather, our bus service was suspended without any updates on its resumption. Concerned about our need to catch a flight the next day, Thao went above and beyond by constantly checking with the authorities about our journey back to Hanoi. She even took the initiative to look into limo and private hire options for us. Thanks to her efforts, she successfully secured a limo as soon as the authorities approved our travel. Thao ensured that we were safely driven to our destination and asked us to contact her once we arrived safely. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Thao, and I believe she deserves recognition as the best customer service representative at K K Sapa. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake waiting for me in our hotel on my birthday. "The best place in Sapa. The most attentive employees. I really liked the girl at the reception in a white blouse, the guy who took the luggage was very attentive and the security guard downstairs, guarding the entrance on the ground floor - these three were always smiling and helping. Thanks to them, it was always nice to return to the hotel after a hard day. I definitely recommend you to visit"

"I had a great stay at Delasol Hotel in Sapa for 2 days. The mountain view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. The room was very neat and clean, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. Breakfast had a decent selection, and I especially loved the beef noodles — they were delicious! Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Special thank to Julie for arranging the sleeping bus Hanoi - Sapa, go and back. The service was spectacular. Very handful service also from other staffs. The pool looks gorgeous, but need to redesign the edge of the pool to make it more safety to stand and take picture (as shown in their hotel promotion album). Chairs and tables at the balcony will help too. So then, those who booking the Balcony type room, can enjoy the mountain view right at their room."

"Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most."

"We had a great time at Pao's Sapa! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out throughout our stay. One of the highlights was dining at the hotel—we enjoyed it so much that we ate there three nights in a row. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff (Denh, Sy, Sli, and Pheng) was just as impressive as the food: attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. Overall, our experience at Pao's Sapa was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to come back someday!"

"When I was looking for a Sapa accommodation, the establishment year was written in 2025, so there were not many reviews, but I stayed. It was clean, but it didn't seem to be the accommodation this year. The staff were very friendly and the scenery from the hostel was so stiff It was a bit uphill, but there were many restaurants on the way to the hostel. The mattress was great and the breakfast was great. The cheese ham was delicious and there were many kinds, especially you can add omelettes or rice noodles outside. The staff asked me to ask you, so my husband ordered an omelet of rice noodles, but the rice noodles were so delicious. I was full, so I only ate a few fruits. I checked out and asked me to keep my luggage in the afternoon, and he was okay. I'm fascinated by the kindness of Vietnamese staff"
