"The staff at Songguo Hotel weren't very welcoming. We were dropped off at the hotel entrance by the trampoline park shuttle, and on a weekday, the lobby was completely empty. When I asked them to help show me the way, they pushed back, saying they had reports to do at the front desk?? Later, after walking around in a big C-shape, there were finally signs at the entrance, but they were blocked by two small trains. This was the only downside! Otherwise, the overall experience was good – the environment was peaceful, the lake view was beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hot springs, dining, and facilities were all excellent, and the shuttle service made getting around quite convenient."

However, the outdoor water surface inevitably has some dead branches, fallen leaves, and other impurities floating on it, and you also need to be careful of flying mosquitoes."

I happened to mention that the black rice at breakfast was really good, and Butler Dai Dai overheard me and sent some up to our room – so thoughtful and attentive, highly recommend!
