First of all, all the staff are friendly and speak English!
You can leave your luggage, and there are basic amenities in the room, including a hair dryer, a water kettle, a TV, a refrigerator, and a washing machine!!
It's close to Shinbashi Station! There are many hidden restaurants nearby..
They clean the room every day, but if you don't want it, just hang new towels and water on the doorknob!
There are also free drinks on the first floor.
Shinbashi was pretty outside the large window under the bed🤍
And it's quiet and peacefulㅎㅎ

Good hotel for the money. At first we were put in one room that had no window, and there was a terrible noise from the sewer. Maybe for someone this noise is not significant, but not for us. We have a very light sleep. We asked to be moved, but that day there were no free rooms, as I understand this hotel is almost always full due to its proximity to the train station and metro. And they told us that they would move us the next day and they did it and gave us a cozy bright room on the top floor with a window. It was quiet. The reception staff is very responsive and helped us with various issues. Overall, I consider the experience of living in this hotel to be good, so I recommend it.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, as there is a metro with 7 or more stations nearby, a small cute temple, a Mac, a KFC, a Starbucks and 24-hour shops nearby. Also a lot of eateries

The room with 2 1.5 beds is very small, there is only space for a suitcase under the bed. For 2 days, no one took out the trash, did not change the bed linen, they only hung a bag with towels and a bottle of water on the door (it is free here). For a room of 7,000-8,000, you would expect more, but this is Japan

There is a 24-hour bathhouse on the 10th floor. It says that it is public and then in brackets (male). I think that women can too, but you just need to ask someone to guard you. It is open from 3 to 10 pm, but is available all day. There is a stone bath with water at 40 degrees and a shower, my brother liked it there

The hotel is very close to the metro (about 50m), the rooms are very clean. However, it was a little uncomfortable that the walls are very thin, as you can hear every guest in the hallway. In the breakfast room, a little more space between the tables would have created a more pleasant atmosphere, especially since the waiters started setting up for lunch at around 8:45 (breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00).

Great to go to the Tren room . Regular location as it is like in a kind of polygon. There is some other restaurant near and the hotel is wonderful . Economic and very good food . The hotel's large rooms and good cleaning even though there was a little dirt (powder) under the bed (I see it very much since I am allergic to the acars and it produces asthma) . I recommend it 

The hotel is very comfortable, almost seafront and in the centre, I recommend breakfast , friendly and smile staff, many boys and older people .

We were the second couple to arrive since the big refurbishment. We had a room on the 4th floor which had the only completed rooms. More people arrived after us. I have to say that we will be back as soon as we can. The staff from the manager down are superb and really friendly. Our room was really comfortable with an excellent bed and bedding. The towels and everything are top quality and to be honest I am surprised that it is only rated at 3*. We would have rated it much higher. I can only assume that it will rise as will the prices when the refurbishment is finished. The breakfast is the best anywhere we have been and we travel a lot. It’s worth paying the extra. Location is perfect. Away from the multi story mass hotels but close enough to all the restaurants to be convenient. I could write more but I am sure that if you are reading this you will have had enough. Book this hotel for your stay. You will not be disappointed but don’t come next March. I would hate it to be fully booked and unable to get a room!
