Great hotel with good facilities! The hotel it is located in a beautiful setting,right in the city centre. Wiews from the 8th floor, where we spent New Year Eve, were stunning! The staff is always willing to help you .The hotel has a very good selection of breakfast and the rooms are cleaned to such a high standard ,every day. I recomend!

The good: great location just in the center of the historic city. If you book an executive room you get warranted a high floor and tampa mountain view which is amazing. The lifts are fast and you never wait long. The blonde lady at the reception is very friendly and happy to help! The breakfast is nice with good choice The bad: Paid parking?!? We end up paying 23 euros for the parking which is outrageous ,never ever been to any hotel which asked me to pay for the parking elt alone a 5 stars one. The hotel NEEDS renovating. It looks tired and worn out. We stayed 4 nights and we only got service one time,which was very basic just the bed done and towels changed. When we asked for an extra quilt,they said they will try but can't promise,which is very weird for such a basic demand The hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star,not even 4 star. I won't be booking again since my expectations weren't met.

Huge is huge. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The hotel is old, rooms are old, breakfast area is small. There was absolutely nothing special or memorable about this hotel. Gate 1 should stop doing business with this hotel. It is not worth the money. The only positive thing about the hotel was the location.

Nice room overlooking the square and hill with the Brashov Sign but room was too warm and the air con would only go down by a couple of degrees. Not safe to leave window open as easy to move from one balcony to the next. The bath was very welcome and great views from my room!

Stayed there last time in 1999, when it was the only decent hotel in town. September 2024 - horrible experience. It was impossible to sleep as there was a party at the 8th floor (my room was at the 5th floor). Had to leave the hotel at midnight. The place has good potential and great location, but it clearly lacks investment. Rooms are dated, carpet is old and does not look really clean.
