"This hotel is good in vie if cleanliness and friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. The staff at reception counter is so nice and welcoming to offer different information to us including parking, dining and sightseeing. The location is good, close to Parking lot 4, less than 5 minutes walk. I would love to stay here again!"

"The Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better."

"The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city."

"Ececellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However,combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel."

"Check in experience resulted in a room mix up but they quickly fixed and comped us with some nice rewards such as free breakfast, rooms were dated but clean and had all modern amenities, pool and location were excellent, overall I highly recommend!"

"There are two bedrooms and one living room. There is a sofa bed in the small room and the living room, which can be pulled out to make a bed. They are equipped with sheets, blankets and double pillows. So one room for three people is very comfortable. The living room has a full set of kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee powder, and tea bags. The most comfortable thing is that the fireplace is real, and it is heated by gas and air conditioning, which is particularly warm in winter. Comfortable. The hotel is not far from the main cable car station of the two mountains, 100 meters to more than 200 meters away. Just down the steps from the hotel is Whistler Town's main commercial pedestrian street, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, supermarkets and bars. Parking instructions: First park temporarily in front of the hotel, complete the check-in process, go around the disc and enter the underground garage (it is an underground public garage for several hotel parking and public parking), enter the garage and find P4 on the fourth underground floor (note that there is an electric pull-down sliding door , it will rise automatically when you open it in front of the door), park in the elevator shaft where you can find the name of the hotel, use your room card to enter the hotel and take the elevator to the floor."

"We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!"
