Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise."

"We stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Kitano with our kids. The facilities are brand new, as it's a recently renovated hotel from 2025. The cleanliness is excellent, and the service is attentive. They offer self-service laundry and a gym. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

The help desk staffs are very friendly and super helpful But I don’t understand why the restaurant located at the 4 floor where I have breakfast, the cleaning staff has to sweep the floor while I was having my meal . There's a rich selection of indoor and outdoor hot springs, plus a huge pool with seemingly seven or eight lanes. The sports facilities are beyond words – spacious and bright. Just for these, it's already worth the price. I'll definitely go again; it's especially suitable for families, friends, and team-building gatherings."

"The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. "This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!"
