"Good location, spacious rooms. The shower is separate. There was no mini-fridge. The front desk kept promising one but never provided it. There's no wardrobe for clothes, just hangers that can only be hung on the mirror ((( The dining area is very small, so you have to wait for a table to become free ((( The dining staff clear plates as soon as you put down your fork or chopsticks. Basically, you won't be able to sit and enjoy a coffee if there's a queue."

"This hotel is amazing. We had a free early check in, the staff of the hotel offered us a discount for the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't big, but it was enough to have a very satisfying meal. The staff were very attentive, hospitable and sweet with us. They offered us a room on the upper floor so that the street noises didn't bother us. The room was so nice! It was cozy, very convenient and super clean - one of the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed at."

"The front desk of the store is newly renovated on the fifth floor. It looks quite new. The proprietress is very sincere. During the 11th holiday, the price of more than 200 is acceptable. It is too much to my understanding to include breakfast: breakfast starts at 7 o'clock in the morning. We come out of the room at 7 o'clock and take the elevator to the seventh floor. Stairs to the ninth floor (there is no elevator on these two floors) to the restaurant less than seven ten minutes when the three hot dishes can be seen. One can see that the other two pots are fried dried tofu. I don’t know what the other two pots are. The waiter said that he was cooking immediately. We didn’t see a dish until we finished eating. The mixed vegetables are as salty as pickles. Other guests don’t know that the mixed vegetables are too salty. I didn’t eat it. I was complained by the staff that I couldn’t eat it. The pasta insulation box was empty. I asked. I said that I couldn’t see the eggs immediately. I had to wait. I was afraid that the guests would take more eggs. Spend a few hundred yuan to stay in the store. The store is afraid that the guests will eat an extra egg? Can't understand! I have to be the same... This is my real experience of telling the truth"

"Выбрала этот отель и ни капли не пожалела. Мы отдыхали семьёй(я, муж и дочь)Номер был с одной большой кроватью. Номер чистый, белье белое и свежее. Каждый день убирали номер, меняли полотенца и зубные щётки, и тапочки для ванны. В отеле есть бесплатная прачечная с сушильной машиной, доска для глажки белья и отпариватель. За 20 юаней можно позавтракать при гостинице(шведский стол) повар готовит отменно , я была в восторге♥️.Безумно понравился персонал, огромные молодцы(девушка на ресепшене и детектор гостиницы♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️)очень общительные доброжелательные , помогли вызвать такси, рассказали, показали как туда или сюда можно доехать. Если что то нужно было.Нам без проблем помогали.У меня только самые положительные эмоции связанные с этим отелем. Самый важный момент есть в гостинице КОНДИЦИОНЕР😂🤭.Если б было можно я бы и 1000 звёзд отелю поставила🥰Скажу так, здесь все для комфорта и удобства гостей. Обязательно вернёмся еще ."

NNTikhThe hotel leaves a double impression where bright virtues are heavily overshadowed by serious shortcomings in organization and service.
Positive sides:
· Very fresh, stylish and creative design in a single orange gamma. The idea is really beautiful.
· Spacious numbers that are felt at once.
· Delicious breakfasts that left a good impression.
· A nice little – Mandarins on the resepschen supporting the general concept.
Negative sides (unfortunately, they are more and they outweigh):
1. Disastrophically bad settlement organization. At official settlement time from 12:00, by 15:00, none of the three rooms we booked were ready. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel accommodating itself at a ”not small” price.
2. Low cleaning quality. The first floor room in the corridor and bathroom was found hair and dust. The second and third floor rooms stable smell of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness – Basic requirement that was not met.
3. The complete lack of service culture and apologies. Not with delay in settlement, not with deficiencies in cleaning, no sincere apology has been received from staff, nor attempts to correct the situation promptly and fully. The guests actually quit to solve the problems themselves.
4. Price and quality discrepancies. Given the cost of living according to the Hunchun standards, the level of service and the attention to the guest has been extremely low.
Summary: Orange Hotel – is an example of an excellent idea destroyed at the execution and management stage. Beautiful design and good breakfasts cannot compensate for dirt in rooms, tobacco smell and full indifference of staff to the comfort of tired guests after the road. The impression was completely spoiled. The hotel is recommended with a huge reservation and only for those who are willing to accept such attitude. Until the standards of service and purity change dramatically, there is no desire to return here.

NNinuodewubuIf you're coming to Hunchun, you absolutely *must* stay at the Minzu Garden International Hotel. It's incredibly beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Guests staying on the first floor can rent traditional costumes for free, and each one is clean and stunning. From check-in to check-out, the (domestic) staff were incredibly enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with lots of Korean ethnic dishes like doenjang jjigae, tteok, and dolsot bibimbap. We stayed for two days, and the menu was different each day. The back of the hotel has a large garden villa area, which is the best spot for photos.
The rooms are spacious, and they provide complimentary fruit, VC drinks, and snacks daily. They even gave us steam eye masks. They really think of everything to cater to guests' needs. We were originally very satisfied, but there was a minor incident. We didn't realize that some of the reception staff were from North Korea. My family saw a staff member wearing traditional clothing and thought she looked lovely, so they went up to take a photo. She immediately gave a cold glare and walked away, which startled us and made us feel very awkward. Later, a domestic staff member explained that they aren't allowed to be photographed. However, in the service industry, it's hard to avoid guests wanting to take pictures, especially since they perform in various places – piano, guzheng. This made us hesitant to even take out our phones to record anything later on, making us feel quite on edge. When you're on vacation and looking to relax and have fun, the presence of North Korean staff made the whole atmosphere less relaxed. We're not sure what the reasoning is, but as tourists, our experience wasn't great. Because of this, I can't give a perfect score. If they are always there, then we can only not understand but respect it.

But there are plenty of food delivery options nearby, making it super convenient for meals! They even have 700cc and Luckin Coffee! Plus, all those local specialties like Da Cha Zhou (corn porridge) are available.

ННадежда Мунthis is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

The waiters are very nice and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is no charge for parking anywhere in Hunchun except at the high-speed rail station. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, which is quite harmonious. When going to Fangchuan, it is necessary to first visit the Zhanggufeng Incident Memorial Hall, which is helpful for visiting Fangchuan Scenic Area. At a glance, you can see the train from Russia to North Korea. Of course, if you have time, it would be a good idea to take a look at the various lifestyles of North Koreans.

On the way back to the room, we casually said whether there was a drink. A man who seemed to be on duty came out of the office directly and asked what we needed. We said that the lobby bar seemed to be off work and wanted to drink. He said that there was Coca-Cola, and then my boyfriend didn’t like to drink. I said that I liked to drink, but in the end, I said forget it. It was a bit troublesome for others. The result was just 2 minutes into the room. The front desk called and said that we sent two bottles of drinks and put it at the door. After checking in and entering the room, I always felt something was wrong. When I lay on the bed, I found that there was a big mirror on the ceiling. This is a taboo for Chinese people! It was too late to check out, so I could only sleep in my clothes. I don't know what the hotel owner thinks? There are many mirrors installed in the room and bathroom.
