"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust.
Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts.
Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items.
Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap.
Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"My first stay at the Atour Hotel Kuqa was beyond my expectations.
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, offering a warm greeting upon arrival. Check-in was quick, and they provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station.
For a city like Kuqa, the rooms are quite clean. The bedside table has wireless charging, and the shower is quite large.
The front desk manager, Mai Wan, enthusiastically introduced the local Populus euphratica forest. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Kuqa!"

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. "The location is a bit far from the walkable historic district. The hotel itself has a grand feel. A big thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading my room! However, some in-room facilities felt dated. For instance, the shower hose leaked at its connection, and the bedside power outlet was so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. Overall, the room was acceptable."

"We went to Kashgar and passed by Kuqa and stayed in Kuqa for two days. The Xizhou Hotel was very satisfied. The hotel recommended local food to us and recommended Kuqa's tourist attractions. It was fun to visit for two days. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. There are also electric curtains, butlers do not exercise when turning on the lights, very good, very cost-effective!"

"Let me complain, the person who designed the shower head in the bathroom is *****. It is installed inside the bathtub. The height is limited. You can only squat in it to take a shower. Why can't you install an external shower? Other feelings are okay, the hardware is good, the breakfast is rich, and parking is convenient. What makes people uncomfortable is that there are a group of jade sellers at the door, like locusts, following your butt to sell. Hotel management is a problem."

It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep.
The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now."

TTianjinshenKuqa Tourism stayed at Home Inn and Atour for two days. The first to ten floors of the same building are Home Inn, and the eleven to seventeen floors are Atour. The room size, mattress, and layout are almost exactly the same. The layout of the bathroom is slightly different. I personally feel that home is more reasonable. Atour has more humidifiers and small refrigerators on the facilities, breakfast is more abundant, health is good, washing machine and dryer are very convenient, free coffee is provided on the first floor of the home

XXi———As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the sense of luxury. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the spacious and bright lobby reveals the care everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and even upgraded my room. I was so touched.
The room is even better, with spacious space, reasonable layout and great lighting. The bed was so soft and comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are not only complete but also the same brands, making them super safe to use.

Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

XXiaoliuaimeiliThis is a hotel that makes me feel very satisfied in all aspects. The staff's service attitude is quick and friendly. Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. Once again, thank you to the security guard who rushed to help me with my bag, and thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service. Thank you for cooking noodles for me at breakfast.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can walk to the subway station and business district. Whether it is a tourist or a business trip, it is super suitable. Dry and wet are separated, and the shower head has a large amount of water, making bathing very comfortable. There is a smart device, but I feel like it only closes the curtains for me and doesn't listen to my commands. Ha ha. There was breakfast, but we left too early and didn't eat it. I checked out in the morning and walked to the train station for about 10 minutes. The girl at the front desk chased me out and returned my deposit. There is a little problem. When the shower is being flushed upstairs, I can hear it clearly downstairs. The toilet paper on the toilet bowl in the bathroom was not new, it was left over from use. (maybe to save money)

GGuest UserOf all the hotels I've stayed in both domestically and internationally, the one that surprised me the most was the obscure ”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” in Kuqa, a small city at the end of the Duku Highway in Xinjiang. A deluxe king-size room in mid-April cost 115 yuan (including amenities and treatment for two people). I felt it was exceptional value for money for ten reasons:
1. The hotel's beautiful manager personally drives the hotel's special car to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Just inform the front desk of your flight arrival time in advance, and the beautiful manager will be waiting as you exit the airport gate, helping you with your luggage and taking you directly to the hotel in the downtown area.
2. The rooms are spacious, simple, and clean, with all the necessary amenities.
3. Each room receives two complimentary cups of yogurt daily.
4. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with disposable towels, bath towels, and a disposable toilet seat. The water is clear, plentiful, and hot.
5. Not only is breakfast free, but dinner is also included. 5. The breakfast is especially rich and generous. It's all-you-can-eat, with a variety of staples (rice, porridge, noodles, steamed buns, bread, etc.), over six kinds of meat and vegetable dishes, several kinds of grains (corn, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin, etc.), and several desserts. Boiled and fried eggs are available, and the chef makes both noodles and noodles on the spot. Hot soy milk, hot milk, coffee, and boiled water are also provided.
6. The free dinner is also plentiful, but not as varied as the breakfast. This is understandable.
7. A waiter visits every day to check on and collect your clothes, then washes them free of charge and returns them after they're dry.
8. The floor is not high, with two elevators. Each room has its own private Wi-Fi connection, and the signal is excellent.
9. The front desk staff is friendly and offers free coffee and tea.
10. A car rental agency is located just off the lobby, making it convenient for self-driving tours of Xinjiang. You can also contact us for day and multi-day tours.
”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” promises to provide you with a home-like accommodation and experience. I find home more cozy, but the food here is richer and life is more relaxed. Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch) provided me with an excellent value-for-money experience, as evidenced by the photos. I sincerely praise this hotel!
