"I chose this hotel for my trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was refreshing, and the lobby was spotless and comfortable. The room was a good size, meticulously cleaned, with no odors on the floor or in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and I slept very well. All the facilities in the room were in good working order, hot water came out quickly, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by noise at night. The receptionist, Idai, was particularly helpful and quick to check me in. She patiently answered all my questions, and her service was excellent. Overall, it was good value for money, a great choice for a trip, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The air conditioner was broken, and when we asked to change rooms late at night, they said there were no rooms available. They gave us an electric heater, but even in such a large room in winter, it was still cold. The hotel staff should have noticed this when they were cleaning, and if they did, they should have fixed the problem. I wanted a refund, but my husband had been drinking and couldn't drive, so we had to make do for one night. The experience was extremely unpleasant."

"We passed through Kuche on our way to Kashgar and stayed in Kuche for two days. We were very satisfied with the Xizhou Hotel we booked. The hotel recommended local food to us and also recommended tourist attractions in Kuche to us. We had a lot of fun visiting there for two days. The hotel was very clean, the mattress was King Koil and very comfortable, and there were electric curtains. The butler could turn on the lights without moving his hands. It was great and very cost-effective!"

"You have to change your own bedding, but the duvet and pillows felt unwashed. The duvet on my bed even had a foot odor and was yellowed. "Hotel is nice enough and corresponds to the posted description, with one important exception: the pool is really for decoration only and rather dirty most of the time. Accordingly, in four days we never saw anybody in it, not even kids. As regards service: We had asked for a room far from the entrance. They gave us the one closest, saying all others were occupied. The room stank of cigarette smoke, even the curtains were stained. So back to reception: suddenly another room (same type) was available…??? There were more examples of a disgraceful service attitude. Sad. Do the owners/investors know?"
