"A perfect hidden gem of a hotel! I stayed here for one night while driving to Tengchong, and it offers incredible value for money!
Breakfast: There's a wide variety, and everything is delicious! Plus, they serve breakfast until 11:30 AM, so even late risers won't miss out!
Room: The decor is grand, it's impeccably clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the smart features are convenient.
Service: This truly deserves a huge shout-out! We arrived at 10:30 PM, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly welcoming, helping us settle in until our car was parked. As soon as we entered the lobby, they offered us water and even helped with our luggage. The service quality is on par with Haidilao (a famous hot pot chain known for its exceptional service).
When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a local specialty: Bingdao tea.
I've been driving for over a month, staying in different hotels every day, and this one definitely makes my top three!

The log design of the room really poked me too much, the lighting was soft and not dazzling, and the night view was directly full at night. The view of the floor-to-ceiling windows is really amazing. The night view of the opposite side of the building is so beautiful that it is aphasia. It is super good to get up and open the curtains every day. Hygiene: Very good, no dead corners found.
Environment: The window view of this room is a dilapidated house, and you can see the neighbors. The cafe on the first floor is very unique, and many young ladies come to take pictures.
Service: There are welcome fruits at the door, the cafe is open 24 hours a day, the staff is very enthusiastic, Wahaha mineral water is free to drink, and the house is complete with sanitary products, even wet toilet paper. You can choose to eat breakfast in the room or go to the restaurant, which seems to be more comfortable.

As for my room facing east on the fifth floor, it was fine, except for the building across the road. Not only did it fracture the view of the mountains, but it flooded the room at night with yellow light, such that I had to have the curtains drawn (I normally leave them open, as I like to be awaken by the dawning light). Problem with this was they could not be pulled, but had to be closed by electricity. I had to say ”小度小度！请你把窗帘关起来。” to make this happen.

The young lady who received us at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patiently introduced us to some matters of the hotel. There is a garden bar upstairs. We checked in and put down our luggage. Go, Sure enough, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the garden upstairs is like a dreamland of the Wizard of Oz, the cafe is very stylish, you can see that the boss is a very loving person, because every detail is exquisite furnishings. The Christmas elders and I are almost taller, and I feel the joy and atmosphere of the holiday in advance. Living here, like winning a blind box, surprised me!

WWangxinxinIt was too late to drive to the Wengding primitive tribe scenic area, and the scenic area was closed. The scenic area was remote and we could only choose to stay in the Wa family homestay. The owner of Hailong Wa family was warm and hospitable, the hygiene was good, the environment was good, and it was close to the scenic area. We could see the sunset from the terrace, and we could also see the current life of the Wa people. They still retained their traditional living habits. It was worth the trip. The boss's chicken is also delicious.

In addition to the bathroom and shower, there is a separate bathtub. The layout of Southeast Asian style is also good. YYoudangdeyanThe only night I stayed through Ctrip on this Yunnan trip turned out to be surprisingly bad. First, the price was significantly higher than what I found on other platforms that day. Second, even with low occupancy, a five-star hotel should at least provide basic service, right? Aside from the two girls at the front desk and the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were somewhat polite, there wasn't a single person in the concierge department. Finally, the restaurant didn't even serve dinner [laughing through tears].
As a long-time user, I'm increasingly disappointed with Ctrip. These days, can't you survive without any platform? 👎 Also, the intense recommendations on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) need to be analyzed rationally; in smaller towns, staying in a central location is definitely the better option.

FFAMausThis is a fabulous hotel.
It is very grand and of another earlier era in decor.
The room was huge huge with lovely glossy timber finished wardrobes and trimmings,
The water was hot and had good pressure.
The hotel reception were friendly and super helpful.
They use an offsite local buffet restaurant for their customers which was just around the corner a bit and the food was basic but good.
My Chinese wife liked the food.
Our booking included breakfast but they actually gave us a second set of vouchers per day for either lunch or dinner.
Note the restaurant is not open for dinner Sunday.
Plenty of parking here also and 3 wheel motorbike taxis just outside on the road to get you to where you are going.
