"The service was very good. Seeing that I was with my child, they upgraded my room type, gave me breakfast, and even helped me deliver the items I forgot! But the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't adjust it! I couldn't sleep at all. Finally, the front desk sent me earplugs and I could barely fall asleep! Need to be fixed!"
