"Below expectations to say the least. Booked for its location and in that aspect, it didn't disappoint. Near a busy night market and other rated food options. The hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen is very suspect as we spotted a cockroach at the dining area and reported to the staff without much urgency. It's a hotel that shows every bit of its age despite a renewal, amenities did not match other chain hotels at comparable price points. The service quality of its reception was also quite lackluster."

"The mattress had the perfect firmness. The room came with Tencent Video VIP access, which was a nice bonus. However, the projector system was quite basic; its brightness was insufficient, requiring all other lights to be off for viewing. The autofocus feature wasn't great either, often failing to focus properly even in total darkness, leading to a blurry image.
On the positive side, the room had a comfortable long sofa, perfect for lounging, and a small workspace ideal for a laptop. Simple tea-making facilities were also provided, which was appreciated. A minor issue was the conspicuously placed condom vending machine, which might be awkward for parents traveling with children.
The sink was located outside the bathroom, with the mirror angled towards the bed. The light from the mirror's power button was disruptive at night, requiring me to cover it. The bathroom itself was spacious and convenient, a definite plus, and a drying rack was available, which was helpful. Plastic slippers were also provided.
Laundry detergent wasn't provided, which was a minor inconvenience, though the hotel does offer self-service laundry facilities. Soundproofing in the room was average, but it was generally quiet at night. However, as the hotel is located at an intersection and not on a high floor, car noises from below were audible early in the morning. It's advisable to request a higher floor for a better experience.
Downstairs, there were plenty of breakfast options. However, I wouldn't recommend the two hotpot restaurants nearby, San Niu and Yi Zhi Niu, as their quality has significantly declined."

It is difficult to get a taxi during the Spring Festival (the worst experience in Puning, there was no bus stop after waiting for half a day, and the Gaode map algorithm showed that the bus was vacant). I chose the high-speed rail station pick-up service booked by the hotel. I contacted the front desk more than an hour in advance as required, and they said they would contact and reply, but there was no follow-up and no response, which was a bit disappointing.

GGuest UserThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

YyinzchenReally near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

FFanhuasijinA spontaneous trip to Puning. I knew it was a small city beforehand, but I didn't expect the cyberpunk vibe next to the hotel to be so cool. It was a very new and beautiful hotel; I loved the decor. The on-site service was excellent. However, the constant WeChat reminders for a good review were a bit annoying. I hadn't even checked out yet, so why were they already urging me? It slightly diminished my initial positive impression. But that's not a big problem. I stayed two nights, and on the second day, the cleaning lady hadn't provided new toiletries. I don't know if she was being stingy or just forgot.
Breakfast was decent, with a good selection. The dishes were basically the same both days. I especially liked the sandwiches. The cups that came with the coffee machine were too small; whether it was a paper cup or a ceramic cup, it would overflow, which was awkward and difficult to handle. It was also annoying. Everything else was fine.
But Puning still offers many surprises, especially the amazing food in the surrounding area.

The staff also have a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple. Another thing is that the hotel rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors are Vienna International (it is said that both floors belong to the same owner). The hotel elevator is not exclusive and feels a bit messy, which is a flaw! But the hotel itself is rare in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch.
The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

SSZZYFThe hotel is at the entrance of the highway, easy to find! The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, but there is no luggage stand. It can only be placed on the floor. It is inconvenient to get up and down to get things. Older people are afraid of fainting. The swimming pool opens at 3 p.m., and you can enter with your room card. I checked out the Chaoshan raw pickled food at the nearby Internet celebrity. It tastes good, but you have to check the number of dishes when you check out. You know it when you are away from home!
