Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. This is a service industry and he should be more polite and courteous. He will spoilt the image of this hotel. Management should send him for some people management course otherwise he is not fit for this industry"

"We made a last-minute booking and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and even had a living room – perfect for a get-together with friends! The service was excellent and the amenities were comprehensive. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, and they even provided eye masks, dental floss, earplugs, makeup remover wipes, and hair ties in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The value for money was exceptional! The room had two TVs, so the kids could watch cartoons while the adults chatted and had a drink in the living room. The TVs even had streaming subscriptions. The air conditioning was powerful and the internet speed was great! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the front desk quickly resolved them for us. We were very satisfied! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we'll definitely be back ~"
