"I was quite anxious after reading previous guest reviews, but decided to give it a try and booked a room. Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager who explained that the hotel is newly opened. After they showed me the formaldehyde test report and photos of the formaldehyde removal process before opening, I felt reassured and checked in, especially since I was traveling with a child and peace of mind was most important. The KTV downstairs was noisy, but after I communicated with the front desk, they arranged a higher floor for us and even provided noise-canceling earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. While there's no such thing as perfect service, the manager was very patient. My only regret is the lack of breakfast."

"When I booked, only one economy double room was available. I booked one with high hopes and was very satisfied. It was very clean. There was parking downstairs, with staff directing traffic and helping with luggage, even getting it to the elevator. The receptionist was incredibly kind. The hotel lobby is on the second floor. "I came out to stay in a few hotels, this is the first hotel I must give a good review. Originally, I didn’t have much expectations for Tangke’s hotel. I didn’t expect it to be very clean and comfortable. I slept well at night with oxygen supply. The staff were very enthusiastic. The first night I saw the children uncomfortable and took two bottles of glucose. When I left, I sent a small gift package. The restaurant downstairs can eat and play very tired and don’t have to go out to find it. The yak soup pot is affordable and delicious. It is cheaper than in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The breakfast is also very rich. It is not recommended to come to Tangke. Friends staring at a hotel"

Road construction was underway around the hotel, but the owner was very welcoming and sent someone to help us with our luggage and even took us up the stairs to the fourth floor. The room was a bit small, and the owner told us not to open the windows. I guess he was worried about mosquitoes. There were no screens, but I recommend installing them; it was too stuffy. The breakfast was simple but filling."

"This is the best time I have ever stayed in Gannan.
First of all, the room is spacious and clean. The facilities can be said to be a five-star standard. Sleeping too comfortable at night.
Outside the window of the room is the endless prairie, which is too comfortable.
What makes me most satisfied is the hotel's free hot spring. I took my father out and took a hot spring for the elderly at night. It was very good.
Sitting on the balcony outside the bar late, drinking beer with my father and watching the grassland sunset. All the way through the mountains and rivers, he used to protect me.
My father used to protect me, but now I accompany him to watch the sunset of the grassland of the Yellow River Jiuqu. Without talking about trivial matters, without asking the way forward, I just quietly enjoy this moment of relaxation. Between father and son, thousands of words, all blended between the evening breeze and the cup."

"It was pitch black outside the window, with nothing but the sound of the wind. This extreme quietness was perfect for catching up on sleep. The duvet wasn't damp like you often find in high-altitude areas; instead, it was fluffy and dry, almost to the point where you had to watch out for static electricity. The guy at the front desk noticed I wasn't looking well and thoughtfully brought me two extra bottles of warm water. This kind of human touch was warmer than the heating and really made me feel good inside."

First of all, from the overall location and surrounding environment, the hotel is very quiet and open. It is located in a large pasture, a certain distance from the road outside and dense buildings and scenic spots. The view is very wide. It is simply to enjoy this grassland, mountains and forests, sunsets and stars. Sleeping at night can achieve real extreme quiet, I always sleep easily every time I travel to a hotel, but sleep well here.
Then there is the experience inside the room. When I booked the hotel, I felt very good when I looked at the room photos. I didn't expect to push the room to feel amazing. The sheets, quilt covers, pillow towels are made of cotton and hemp, the mattress is thick and supportive, and the pillow height and elasticity are also very comfortable. With the unique local style and inspiration, the artistic interior creation is carried out.
In addition, the whole room is filled with a stable wooden aroma, and the sheets, quilt covers, pillow towels are soft fabrics of cotton and linen, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, there is a good support, the pillow height and elasticity are also very comfortable, it can indeed make people get a high quality rest during the journey.
Finally, it is my personal feeling. I have always preferred the vast natural landscape and immersive physical and mental experience. The scenery in western Sichuan is like this, and it changes all year round and even every day. The sky, clouds, light and shadow, vegetation and water systems are always dynamic. It seems that you can't keep or copy any sight, but every second has a unique beauty, and the next second can't be predicted, but it is because of this that people will be amazed again and again. So this is my third time driving west Sichuan, but the experience this hotel brings me is really beautiful, whether it is natural scenery or humanistic atmosphere, it can make me feel more relaxed and happy than ever.
When I checked out and left, I felt a little reluctant to leave a hotel for the first time, maybe because it is such a beautiful and unique place in the world. I hope to come here again in the future.

KS60Directly at the G213 there is a truck parking lot and a public toilet separated from the hotel area with a fence. Entering that first there is a parking lot and behind this a huge hall serving as a restaurant, and a convenience store. Both were already closed. West of the hall are the accommodations. These are geodesic domes with windows on the zenith and the sides, each containing a standard or queen bed hotel room: bed(s), a wardrobe stand, a folding chair, a small desk,, a combined air condition and heating column, and plenty of space for the luggage. Behind the beds there is the sanitary line consisting of separated bath sink, toilet, and shower. Only disposable cotton towels are offered beside all the toiletries to expect.
I was the last guest before the end of season closing and came late. I didn't know what a ”service area” is and missed the hotel at first.
The personnel are very attentive and helpful. I was warmly welcomed and immediately offered a small dinner since the next open restaurant or convenience store is some kilometers away.

Guest UserThis time we drove all the way from Shanghai and played in Longnan for a while. Finally we came to the beautiful Ruoergai Prairie and chose to stay at Mushan Yingxue Hotel. We stayed in Zoige for several days and have been staying here. Overall, the stay experience is very good!
In terms of catering, their night shift is relatively rich, with soup pots, stir-fries, grilled skewers and other delicacies, which is quite convenient if you don’t want to go out. Moreover, they also provide good night fruits and afternoon tea, which is very thoughtful.
The service is even more impeccable. The housekeeper is always on call and can respond very promptly if you need anything. Their staff are very warm and considerate. Whatever you need in the room, they will be delivered in time. It feels very heart-warming.
The hardware facilities of the room are also very good. The decoration is very new and full of design. The room has an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, a smart toilet, and an electronic scale. Lying on the bed, you can see the beautiful grassland scenery through the window, with herds of yaks and the sunset. It is really comfortable.
The geographical location is also quite superior, right in the county seat. The hotel is surrounded by grassland, under the blue sky and white clouds, it feels particularly peaceful and comfortable. And it's very close to various attractions, so traveling is very convenient.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay at Ruoergai Mushan Yingxue. Highly recommended to everyone!

Facilities: On the grassland, the scenery is beautiful! You can drive to the door to park; there is floor heating and air conditioning, it is not cold in the room sooner or later; there is a humidifier and an oxygen generator, but the oxygen generator is still not as good as the oxygen supply. Friends who are a little high have to inhale oxygen in the hospital.
Hygienic: Yes, the sheets are clean
Environment: The environment is so beautiful! On the grassland, the weather is good to see the beautiful sunrise and sunset, but unfortunately we are cloudy. The environment is very beautiful, everything else cannot be forgiven. You can see groundhogs in the room, and there are cattle in the morning. The yak is passing outside the room, which is very natural!
Service: It is late at night and there are people to help carry luggage. Beef noodles for breakfast must be eaten, very fragrant!
In summary, it is a very satisfying journey. In addition, those who like to take pictures can take them here, without going to the scenic spot to crowd people.

The room is fully equipped, comfortable and warm, especially the quilt is very comfortable! We had dinner at the B&B, and ordered dishes based on other people's reviews. The beef blanket and the dough were okay but the beef was too hard. As for the butter tea, maybe we are not used to the salty taste! When I left, I asked the owner for mineral water and a toilet seat, thank you very much. What was surprising was that I saw not only the moon 🌜 but also many stars ✨ at night! Overall, the experience is good 👍

HuzigegegeThe hotel was very clean, and it was my first time staying in a Tibetan-style hotel—a truly unique experience. Ruoergai is at a high altitude, and the rooms had diffused oxygen supply. From 8 pm to morning, if you felt unwell due to altitude sickness, you could use oxygen, which was very convenient. The view of the vast grassland from the window was superb! The owner was very hospitable and even provided us with oxygen cylinders when we left to continue our journey.

The only downsides are… the surrounding construction makes it a bit inconvenient to get around, and you have to eat breakfast outside. The nearby restaurants are all run by Sichuanese people, and their service… well… 😄. The room facilities are a bit basic, feeling like some essential furniture is missing, and the space isn't large. Perhaps it's peak season, so the price-performance ratio isn't very high.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the seating area in the room makes it really cosy.
We came by bike and were allowed to store our bikes safely in the lobby. Thanks for that!
