"Stayed here again! The front desk ladies made me feel so welcome and warm-hearted ๐ฅฐ๐น. Last year, I stayed here and asked the front desk for help, so I added them on WeChat. This year, when I came back, I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again ๐จ๐. I contacted the front desk lady via WeChat beforehand, and she thoughtfully arranged connecting rooms for us ๐๐. This time, it was my friend's birthday, so I asked the front desk if they had any birthday amenities. The lady was very sweet and said she'd prepare a mini cake ๐ฎ. On the day of check-in, the connecting rooms were perfect for friends traveling together! ๐๐ The mini cake ๐ฎ๐ฎ prepared by the front desk lady was such a delightful surprise for my friend, who was incredibly happy and excited! ๐ฅณ๐ Thank you to all the front desk ladies ๐๐ You guys are amazing! ๐๐นโค๏ธ"

"The room was very clean and quiet and the service was very good. ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ I arrived late at night at the train station and it was nearby which was very convenient. On the next day. I took a taxi to go to the city center and climb up the mountain and everything was very easy. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic experience! The breakfast spread was extensive, and the swimming pool facilities were excellent with a comfortable water temperature. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking out, a staff member proactively came forward to take my room card, asked if I was driving, and helped me scan the QR code to process the parking exit. They also inquired about my stay. Even the parking attendant at the exit proactively asked if I had completed the exit procedures. The staff truly treat guests like family."

"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard.
On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast experience was particularly bad โ messy and completely lacking in management and service.
In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"The service was excellent and very warm. The hotel was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. Parking was convenient, both above ground and in the basement. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining very easy. When I chatted with Ms. Zhao, a restaurant staff member, about climbing Mount Tai during breakfast, she even packed us some snacks and things our child loves. Truly full of warmth!"

"To be honest, this experience was pretty good. The room was bright and spacious, and the overall feeling was simple and clean. I felt the enthusiasm of Shandong people when I checked in at the front desk. It was normal for some minor problems with swiping the card. The only time I had to wait was for water to be delivered twice. I don't know if it was because I made too many calls or I forgot ๐
I visited the Dai Temple, climbed Mount Tai at night, and saw the sunrise as I wished. The whole trip was quite smooth. Thank you ๐"

"If you want to stay at Taian Mountain ํ์ฐ area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !"

"I've stayed at Atour several times, and this was by far the best experience! The service was excellent in all aspects. From the moment I walked in, they offered walking sticks for hiking, welcome fruit, cute little trinkets, local specialties, fridge magnets โ even the candies in the lobby clearly showed thoughtful selection. The Atour tea in the room's mini-fridge was also delicious. We stayed for 3 days, and every day when we returned to the room, the toiletries and water were fully replenished ๐ My parents both agreed it was great and said they'd only stay at Atour from now on when traveling!"

RRipanfeitianWhat a fantastic experience! I originally booked a quadruple room, but the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The design is very new and modern, freshly renovated in 2025, yet there's no unpleasant smell. The entire room features smart voice control for all appliances, and there's also a smart toilet. The modern Chinese Wabi-sabi style design is very clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a popular chain restaurant, which also serves as the breakfast venue. The food was excellent, with Taian specialty noodles and pancakes. The bar also offers the hotel's signature health-preserving teas. Personally, I feel this is a people-centric hotel that definitely encourages repeat visits.

GGuest UserStayed here for one night with my child. The guesthouse is conveniently located right at the foot of Mount Tai, very close to the Hongmen Visitor Center. The owner is incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and has a cheerful personality. They even offered pick-up and drop-off services near the Hongmen area. On the day we climbed Mount Tai, they patiently guided us on planning our route and purchasing tickets. The courtyard is exceptionally quiet and secure, offering a wonderful stay, and its design is very tasteful. Our room was clean and hygienic, with a warm and inviting decor.
The attention to detail was excellent: the room was equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub liners. Thoughtfully, anti-collision strips were also installed on the corners of the windows. It was quite warm when we checked in, but the air conditioning had already been turned on, making the room wonderfully cool upon our arrival. There's also a spacious rooftop terrace where you can hang clothes to dry.
Absolutely fantastic! We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.

Nnature lover fr sgFront office staff are all very friendly and helpful. In particular, Ms Zhang Rong who is very patient and explain several sightseeing options during my stay there. Also, Mr Tong Lin Bin who assisted me in securing an admission ticket by patiently conversing with the site for 30 minutes and obtaining step by step an online procedure for foreigner who has no local mobile number. Lavande has been my priority choice when i visited the various cities in China. Its decor and service have very consistent across the various locations. I particularly like its bluetooth enabled speaker system. Its decor is simple pleasant and modern. Service wise I always met with cheerful staff who are very welcoming and ready to help. Those locations I have stayed the locations are always near popular sights or near metro or train stations or in very convenient locations. This is not a highend hotel but it is easily more value for money.

ZZhuirufanchendetianshiThe location is great, just a ten-minute drive from Tai'an Station. There's a shopping mall and an old street right next to the hotel with plenty of restaurants and snack options. The staff at the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The breakfast was rich and varied. I was also able to store my luggage while hiking Mount Tai and pick it up after I was done. Everything was perfect except for one thing: there's always a truck parked in front of the hotel entrance, making it impossible for ride-sharing services with luggage to pull up directly to the door. Guests have to get out nearby and drag their luggage in themselves, which was the case both when I arrived and when I left. It seems like this truck is permanently parked there. I don't understand why the hotel entrance, designed for guests with luggage, isn't kept clear for easy drop-off and pick-up. I'm docking one point for this and hope the hotel can improve it! Otherwise, the hotel is really great and I highly recommend staying here!

The bathtub was also in the room, and there was no hot water for a long time. This is very bad.
There are very few waiters and you usually can't find anyone at the front desk. I donโt know who commented that the dish is at the level of an internet celebrity. I took a bite and it was super salty! I can only say that it's edible with rice.
The whole park is OK, there is a lake, nice scenery, and it is relatively close to the visitor center. The room is also relatively large. However, there is still a big gap between it and a hotel with excellent service.

Hotel is located at a fantastic location; just a short walk from ๅๅคฉ้จ. There was no view from our room, however the room is clean and spacious and heater works well. Heater works well but water pressure is low. Still, the hotel is located on the top of the mountain so canโt expect much. We joined the complimentary sunrise tour and it was totally worth it; we walked about 30 mins to the back mountain, away from most of the other crowd.
Will recommend if you are looking for a decent room to stay overnight on Mount Taishan.

GGuest UserIt's understandable that a hotel at the mountaintop would be expensive due to its unique location. However, some issues have nothing to do with being on the mountain. Besides one nightstand shared between two beds, there wasn't even a single chair, stool, or table in the room (and there was space for them). My personal belongings had to be placed on the windowsill or the floor. Despite being renovated three years ago, the shower head holder on the wall was wobbly and loose, and the decorative panel under the sink had completely fallen off. Perhaps the renovation work itself was problematic, but then what exactly does the hotel's maintenance department do? The main issue is that they clearly don't see these as problems. You can still take a shower and wash your face, after all. The hotel I stayed at the day before in Tai'an city had absolutely top-notch service. Does the quality of service just decline as the altitude increases?
