"During summer vacation, I took my elementary school-aged children to climb Mount Tai. Ctrip picked us up at Jinan Airport and took us to Tai'an, where we stayed at the Wyndham Hotel for two nights. The hotel is relatively new, has a nice environment, and is high-end and classy. I personally think it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Tai'an. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes away, and the reservation includes free transfers from the station. The next day, we took the high-speed rail to the Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area and Nishan Academy in Qufu for a round-trip (20 minutes), saving us the hassle of changing hotels with luggage. I'm glad I did my research well and chose the right hotel. I'll definitely choose the Wyndham again next time I visit."

"The Wanda Realm is a great choice for visiting Taian. It is close to the Hong Men, where you can start the gruelling ascent up Mount Tai. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get there by car. If you hike, bring your passport. There is lots of water and food available on the climb. The hotel’s location is great. There is an awesome “Food Street” just behind the hotel with tons of great options. There is a 7-11 nearby, but it is hard to find early coffee anywhere. Everybody I met at the hotel was super. The hotel breakfast is nice. There was a trace of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, which is probably standard in smallish cities. All in all, this is a great choice for your visit to Taian."

"This hotel is perfectly situated near the Red Gate visitor center for Mount Tai, and it's just a stone's throw from Dai Temple. Puzhao Temple is also conveniently located within two kilometers behind the hotel, making for an easy walk. You'll find plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, all within walking distance. The hotel is clean overall, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, even giving us water and a small gift when we checked out. If you're planning to climb Mount Tai, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A comfortable 2 night stay. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Great location at foot of mountain range. Easy to get to entrance to Mount Tai. Room was clean and spacious with nice shower which was essential after getting soaked on the mountain."

"This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I had only booked a basic room type. The front desk upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom. From personal experience, it's really worth staying in a room with a hot foot bath. After hiking, soaking your feet in hot water recharges you for the next day. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was fantastic; the breakfast buffet felt even more satisfying than what I've had at five-star hotels down the mountain. The next morning, they took us to a unique sunrise viewing spot exclusive to the hotel, which I absolutely loved. I'd go so far as to call this the best hotel at Nantianmen, bar none."

Just wanna say thank you to all the staff at this hotel who worked tirelessly to make my stay so comfortable especially the receptionists whom I depend alot for extra assistance due to my poor Mandarin. "We stayed here the night before climbing Mount Tai with our child. The environment was pretty good, and parking was convenient and free. It's very close to the food street. After climbing Mount Tai, we walked around Dai Temple and then it was only about ten minutes back to the hotel before we drove off. The room was actually very clean, and we were quite satisfied. We also tried some 'Songjian' (pine tips) at the food street, which was a novel experience."

"Staying at Hampton by Hilton Tai'an Center, the overall experience exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. The front desk staff, Li and Xu, are enthusiastic and efficient, and provide travel tips. The room design is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation is excellent, and you can sleep well without interference. The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the local specialties made on site, and the sanitary conditions are also reassuring. The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, which is very suitable for business trips or family trips. The details are the real deal: free parking, fast WiFi, 24-hour hot water supply, and even the charging sockets in the room are equipped with multiple types of interfaces. It is very cost-effective, and I will definitely choose here again when I come to Tai'an next time!"

"We booked this hotel on a whim for our Mount Tai trip with the kids, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It's very close to the Hongmen Tourist Center, and right across the street is Pangu Tiandi Wanda Plaza. With milk tea shops, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and even a Lawson convenience store (a rare find if you're from Qingdao!), dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. Our mountain view room offered direct views of Mount Tai, and at night, we could even see the lights of those climbing up. Immediately after getting off the high-speed train, we received a call from a hotel staff member asking for our estimated arrival time and any room preferences. This thoughtful touch was truly impressive. The room was clean and odor-free, and the air conditioning had been turned on in advance, so it was wonderfully cool when we arrived. Each room also came with a complimentary five-piece climbing kit, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. They even provided a complimentary late-night snack. If we ever return to Tai'an, we'd definitely stay here again."
