"Honestly, I find this hotel quite ridiculous. I first came here right after it opened, and I even left two positive reviews because the service was excellent back then, including the welcome fruit and the overall reception. But this time, the hotel's service was simply unbelievable. It feels like if you encounter a problem, they won't help you solve it; you're on your own. Their attitude is basically, 'This is how it is, deal with it, and if you have a problem, that's not our issue.' On the first night, at the bar, the bartender was busy attending to foreign customers. I asked for a drink menu three times, and they just ignored me. I ended up having to go to the bar myself to get one, even though there were only two other tables in the lobby at the time. The second day, I felt the room was too low. I didn't want to bother Ctrip directly, but since my membership tier allows for unlimited room upgrades, I first confirmed this benefit with Ctrip's customer service, who then contacted the hotel on my behalf. I also complained to the hotel about their incredibly slow room service. The longest I waited for an order was 40 minutes – that's how long it took for them to deliver an order I could have picked up myself in that time. The duty manager who came to resolve the issue just told me that too many people were ordering and that my room was the best one. What am I supposed to do with that? Should I donate a delivery robot to them? Saying my room is the best is just looking for trouble. Then, the lobby manager called, and after I reiterated the same problem – that the room wasn't good – their solution was to offer a free breakfast. Of course, I didn't eat the breakfast because their breakfast is terrible; I've had it before. Regardless of how the owner arranges things or trains their staff, the overall impression this hotel gives is that either you're an alien, or they simply couldn't care less about you. Everything is incredibly slow. Can't you fix this? Customers want to order food; you're not going to starve us, are you? Or you could just tell us, 'This is all we have, just wait.' Or, 'Your room is on a low floor and not great, just put up with it, it's the best.' 'We can't change your room, so here, have some breakfast.' You complain about a problem, and you never get a proper explanation or a solution. It's utterly perplexing! I should just change hotels. You travel all this way home, carrying so many things, only to deal with this. From a hardware perspective, many reviews have already truthfully pointed out that for this price, it really can't compare to Sheratons in other cities. The quality of this chain brand in this particular city just doesn't measure up. It's not just other cities; even the quality of the drinks at their own bar is inconsistent. The first photo is from this trip, and the second is from February. It's truly baffling. All I can say is that after these few days, I will never stay at this hotel again. It just feels so strange. The staff might think they're working in a five-star hotel, but as a guest, you absolutely do not feel like this is a five-star chain hotel. I even started to wonder if it was a fake, or if all the previous staff were fired after just six months. This attitude is evident from top to bottom, even with the housekeeping staff. For a five-star brand like yours, your staff training should at least live up to your brand's reputation. I simply don't want to communicate with them anymore because it's pointless; problems won't get resolved. It's truly confusing."

"Had a great stay. It was off-season, so there weren't many tourists in Tianshui. The B&B is located inside the ancient city, with unique decor. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of food options. The water heating system ensures no cold water, so it's instantly hot even in winter. The heating was excellent, felt like central air conditioning, and it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fuxi Temple is not far away. A quick note on parking: there are two underground parking garages nearby. One is the Ancient City parking lot, and the other is the Cuijiaxiang parking lot. Strangely, the location the B&B gave me led me to Cuijiaxiang the first night, but then the same location led me to the Ancient City parking lot when I left. The Ancient City lot seemed a tiny bit closer. Both aren't too far, but it's best to confirm with the owner directly. I was contacted proactively by the host around 7 PM on the night I arrived in Tianshui. If you're visiting for tourism, I highly recommend staying here!"

"The staff was very kind to welcome me and give me all the info I needed to go and visit in the day Maijishan. You can take the bus number 34 directly at the bus station in front of the hotel. Around there are many markets and food/restaurants. The room and furniture are not very new but everything is clean. Also beds are comfy and shower is good. WiFi is working perfectly."

"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM."

As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent."

"I brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!"

We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym.
