"Unpleasant stay. The front desk receptionist is only focused on selling membership cards when you meet him and won't listen to what you say. Is it against business ethics to cancel Ctrip's reservation and buy their membership card? I asked for a room facing the sun, but she said she didn't understand because all their rooms had sunlight. The breakfast was too bad. It was not worth 38 yuan at all. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had in Vienna. I had to cancel the breakfast the next day."

"My stay was wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, quickly arranging my room. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had a well-designed, dry and wet area, and the toiletries were high-quality and refreshing. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made omelets and wontons were particularly delicious. A small gift was also given upon check-out, truly demonstrating the thoughtful attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"
