這次帶孩子來壩上玩，選了木蘭文化園的私湯房，整體體驗遠超預期，真心推薦給親子家庭。 最驚喜的是前台的服務，周到又貼心。辦理入住前就主動幫我們提前放好了私湯温泉水，進房間的時候水温剛好，孩子一進門就能泡，旅途的疲憊一下就散了。住宿期間遇到了一點小波折，前台工作人員全程積極協調，態度特別誠懇，很快就妥善解決了，完全沒有推諉扯皮，這一點真的太加分了。 園區的親子設施也很豐富，完全不用愁孩子沒的玩。萌寵樂園裡有兔子、小馬、梅花鹿好多小動物，性格都很温順，買了食材餵動物，小朋友玩得不肯走，近距離接觸小動物的體驗特別好。旁邊還有小童樂園，滑梯、小遊樂設施都有，低齡寶寶也能玩得開心。整個園區面積很大，環境開闊，空氣特別好，散步閑逛都很舒服。 我們住的私湯房空間充足，裝修乾淨整潔，設施也都很齊全。逛園區的時候看到院子里正在修新的公共温泉池，雖然這次沒趕上，但看得出來酒店一直在升級完善，下次來應該就能體驗到了。 酒店本身的火車主題也很有特色，復古的綠皮火車車廂很有氛圍感，拍照也出片。位置就在御道口附近，去周邊草原景點都很方便。總的來説，不管是服務、環境還是親子配套都很在線，是壩上親子出行的絕佳選擇，下次來還會住這裏。
