"The hotel is easy to find, very close to the South Railway Station; it's right there after you get off the high-speed train, and navigation leads directly to the hotel entrance. Ambassador Chen from Junlan was especially helpful, providing warm and attentive service and patiently answering all my questions. The rooms were very clean, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The price is also quite reasonable, making it a highly recommended hotel; I would definitely choose it again next time."

"It was a spontaneous micro-trip. I was very happy to stay at Jinxin Villa. The entire building is exquisitely decorated in a Chinese aesthetic. Every step brings a new scene. The soft furnishings are more in line with the quirky style, which is my favorite style. The photos are also very photogenic.
Environment: Since I stayed on a weekday, it was relatively quiet, allowing for a leisurely stroll. The landscaping is beautifully designed and well-maintained. There's also a terrace, tea room, and swimming pool, creating a truly atmospheric atmosphere.
Service: The front desk lady was very friendly and promptly addressed any minor issues during my stay. Overall, the experience was excellent!
Breakfast was quite a surprise. The Luomo steamed buns were very Xuzhou-style!

GGuest UserXinyi is one of the stops of self-driving travel, real name praises the front desk Xiao Jiang. Suddenly the temperature dropped, my car parked far away, the parking lot was full, she braved the cold wind to help me carry my luggage, and then sent it to the room. The departure was Xiao Liu who helped deliver the luggage to the car (I had too much luggage) to highlight the quality of Hanting's service.
The service is full, the breakfast is good, and there are special burritos with Xinyi. There are many noodles toppings, and there are two or three kinds of fried vegetables.

The check-in efficiency at the front desk was high, the staff was friendly and took the initiative to introduce breakfast time and gym location. The next day I went out and found that the room had been cleaned, and mineral water and coffee capsules were added, and the details were in place.
3. The room is fully equipped
The room area is about 35㎡, the space is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, the mattress is soft but the support is good. Smart toilets, electric curtains, Bluetooth speakers, wireless charging boards are all available, suitable for business office and suitable for relaxation.
4. Rich breakfast

- 總體來説，這次入住花築覓見的體驗非常棒。民宿的位置在宋莊村內，一個小村，村民也就有幾十户，沒有喧囂的噪音，周邊環境優美，可以看得出曾經有舉辦美食節，露營節等活動的痕跡，適合團建，交通也很便利，新沂市區過來半小時左右。
- 另外值得一提的是民宿可以帶寵物哦，碰到了安徽的朋友，兩衹狗子還互相交流了一番。入住期間我們家狗子在村子裏就沒拴過繩，因為到處都是朋友，晨起睡前遛狗不要太開心。
- 小村靠近花廳部落和馬陵山景區，感興趣的可以從民宿徒步到花廳都可以，沿線風景優美，空氣清新，道路整潔暢通，就是路邊賣的桃子水果等有點坑人啦。
房間設施
- 房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很中式，很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓人能在疲憊的旅途中享受到優質的睡眠。
- 設施齊全，空調、電視、獨立衞浴、智能語音、馬桶等一應俱全，而且都非常新，使用起來很順暢。
- 民宿整體還包含很多可娛樂的地方，比如棋牌室，KTV，酒吧等，如果自己準備食材，還提供燒烤架等，更多遊玩樂趣等大家來開發體驗啦。
