"This is my second stay this year. I have been in Xuyi for two days. I originally did not choose Hampton for this trip. However, after checking in at another hotel, I immediately checked out the room for the next day and switched to Hampton. It's not as good as Hampton Inn. After checking in last night, everything was fine. The location is excellent. Across the road is a row of treasure shops and various delicacies. Xuyi Hampton is a place worth coming back to again."

"The air conditioner is too noisy and can’t sleep well. I said to change the room at 1 o’clock in the middle of the night and change to the so-called suite. There are mosquitoes in it. I can’t sleep. The air conditioner in the suite is not dripping. The apartment type is particularly bad. It is close to the stairs. The apartment type is my least favorite and the most mindful! I went to eat at nine o'clock in the restaurant. Many things were gone and I didn't continue. The service staff was not good. I asked me to cook noodles and let me take the ready-made table. I touched it and it was cold. I asked her to cook it for me again. She was reluctant to grind it. I hope the hotel can improve and wish business better and better!"

"Staying at the Lobster Jinling Hotel was an experience filled with thoughtful service from start to finish. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, and they even included detailed instructions, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and polite, always greeting us proactively and kindly inquiring about our plans and meal intentions, meticulously recommending the hotel's signature lobster dishes. Unfortunately, my friend had already booked a meal at 'Shrimp God,' so I missed out on trying the hotel's lobster this time. The breakfast service was excellent, with timely replenishment of dishes. From check-in to dining, you could feel the staff's patience and attentiveness everywhere; they responded quickly to any issues and provided thorough, unhurried service. The room is also good, and the front desk took the initiative to upgrade it. But I have to complain: the elevator in Building 4 occasionally clangs during operation, which is very noisy and feels bad. It is rare to see it in a hotel of this level. The stainless steel surface is uneven and has rust stains. The room is not soundproof. The crying child next door feels like it is in your own room. The low-frequency noise between the equipment room next to the elevator makes people feel uncomfortable.
