The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. "This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive.
The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night.
My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel.
I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!"

"1️⃣ The staff were attentive and helpful. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone greeted me and showed me the charging stations. The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements.
2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately.
3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.)
4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory.
Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations.
The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations.

The environment is still very good, the only thing that makes me sad is that when I checked in, I found that the price on the day was cheaper than when I booked! By the way, holidays are indeed much more expensive than usual. Take a taxi to Yueyang Building for about 30 minutes ￥20.

GGuest UserThe hotel was generally speaking clean. Rooms were fairly quiet, the downside is the motion sensors for the bathroom. At night time, it is very bright when lights turn on. I stayed for two nights, on two separate occasions. The second time, the room floor was dirty, I don't think it was mopped or vacuumed, the room was not ready. Wifi is also an issue for me, I could not connect to it on my phone, I have been told that most ppl didn't have problem connecting to it.
Location is very close to the high speed rail station, that's why I chose it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Choosing the right hotel for this trip was absolutely crucial! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station/commercial area (can be replaced with actual location), making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The lobby decor is minimalist and stylish, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth throughout, and they patiently provided local travel tips, which left a great impression~
The room exceeded my expectations even more! It was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right support. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept soundly all night until morning. The cleanliness was impeccable; even under the bed and in the bathroom corners, everything was spotless. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the hot water supply was ample and stable—attention to detail was evident everywhere.
The hotel facilities were also comprehensive; the high-speed WiFi was consistently smooth, perfect for working or streaming shows without a hitch. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. Throughout my entire experience, whether it was the service, cleanliness, or facilities, I couldn't find a single fault. It offers excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time~

The two room types originally booked were quite average, and the hotel upgraded them free of charge and also arranged adjoining rooms. This is better. I hope I can stick to this habit if the housing situation allows. The overall hygiene of the room is fine, the toilet in the bathroom is very clean, and it is an electronic toilet, which is very convenient to use, but you can consider putting one or two packs of toilet traps, which would be better. The room terrace has a great environment and is located in a holiday park, so I took some nice photos. The bedding in the room is relatively clean and soft. The pillow has a slight odor, but it does not affect the use (it is my personal factor and I am more concerned about it. It is recommended to dry it in the sun). The room was a little lacking. There is a bathtub in the room with blinds, but the window pieces are bent, probably damaged by other customers. There is a gap when closing it. It is recommended to maintain and replace it regularly. The room is still soundproof. Maybe it’s because there’s too much glass. The staff are generally friendly. The small car is also convenient. Recommended stay.
