"The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. "The hotel is in a great location, but it's not in the old town. It's on the hill opposite the old town, so you can overlook the old town, the church and the castle. The sunset is very beautiful. You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. "The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, only a ten-minute walk from the train station, and close to the entrance of the mountain elevator. The room is not small. The big bed is two single beds put together, but for a solo traveler like me, a single bed is enough. The hotel has an outdoor terrace to overlook the ancient city. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious, the ham and sausage are very delicious, but it's a pity that I have to catch an early train and can't enjoy the wonderful breakfast time slowly."

"Due to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is close to the church, and the parking lot is about 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, relatively new, and the electric towel rack is very useful. Bringing children does not occupy a bed, but we were asked to pay 60-120 euros to upgrade, but in the end we were given a regular room, which was a bit unpleasant. The next day a new front desk informed us that we should not be charged, and the 60 euros were fully refunded. Relatively reasonable and honest, this is a good comment! "Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress."

Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free.
Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty.
The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral.
The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.

SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.
