"Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress."

"The environment is beautiful, the hotel decoration is very elegant, and the location is especially good. You can overlook the ancient city of Toledo. The accommodation experience is great! It has received unanimous praise from the whole family. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient"

"It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older."

"This small hotel is a renovation of an old house in the ancient city. It is close to a public parking lot, a 5-minute walk away, and about 1 kilometer away from the cathedral and other major attractions, so it is quite convenient. But there are no restaurants or supermarkets next to the hotel. The room is small but quiet. Breakfast is freshly prepared for each person, which is OK, but it only starts at 8 o'clock. If you want to leave early, you need to arrange breakfast by yourself."

"The rooms were clean and I'd highly recommend them. Also, the breakfast was a buffet, and I really enjoyed the Spanish dishes, especially the cured ham."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved."

"1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower."

"Very large room, all impeccably clean, amazing team at the reception and housekeeping, but not much privacy and silence. You can hear a lot of people on the street, sometimes in the rooms. Not the best place to sleep or work remotely. Apart from that, all good! Great location."

"The hotel is located outside the ancient city of Toledo, and parking is free, which is good for self-driving tourists. The hotel is not far from the San Martin Bridge, it takes about 15 minutes to get there; if you have time, you can park your car at the hotel and walk through the San Martin Bridge to enter the ancient city (this bridge can only be pedestrianized). If you drive into the city, you will have a lot of detours. It may take longer than walking. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the room rate). Although there are not many choices, it is not bad. The hotel has a good environment, with its own small yard; the rooms are not big, but they are quite cozy."
