Overall, a hassle‑free night of comfort, cleanliness and convenience – all wrapped up in a friendly, no‑fuss package. Perfect for jet‑setters who want a good night’s sleep without the airport chaos. "It's a no frills hotel. Got the job done. I booked as I have an early morning flight like many others who stay in this hotel (or those arriving late at night) Story: so I came to the hotel about one and a half hours early, around 1330-ish. The front desk staff said I can ”check in early” for £50. That's almost what I paid for the booking for a mere 90 min of stay. Point no 1. Point no 2. Context: I haven't read through the hotel policy prior. So I asked the front desk staff if I could leave my luggage there so that my wife and I plus our baby could go grab a bite in the town while waiting for 3 pm. The staff could have easily said no and I would have understood. No biggie. But then he said something ridiculous, that I can store my 3 pieces of luggage for £3 each as a donation for a children's hospital. Now if the hotel policy is no storage just said so, no need to try guilt trip customers into paying for something when it's clearly your KPI to achieve, not mine. Stop deceiving and guilt tripping costumers."

"It was an interesting experience staying there for a night. I stayed there just after I arrived at the UK from Venice at the latest flight on the day, and on the next morning, I was scheduled to get on the first train at 5:11 from Gatwick. For such traveler who wants to save the maximum time, it was the best hotel. Also, the staff was nice and I was relaxed staying there."

"The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are just average. On the plus side, it's quite close to the airport, about a ten-minute drive, making it pretty good value for money. The breakfast and service were both good."
