"I stayed on Sat~Sun, and there was a public parking lot diagonally across, so parking was free. (Zagreb public parking lot: Saturday 15:00 ~ Sunday free) The accommodation was much bigger than I thought. The facilities were also good. The breakfast place was small, so it would be good to eat when there were no people. Breakfast was delicious."

"The location is near a freight train hub, but it didn't bother us. The room was spacious and quite clean. The hotel owners cut corners on the decor: the walls in the hallway and parts of the room, as well as the ceilings, are bare concrete, not even plastered. Now they call it an 'original style' (chuckles). It's inconvenient that the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. The room has bathrobes and slippers, but no disposable toothbrushes. There's a small electric kettle and a capsule coffee machine, but not even a single bottle of drinking water... Unexpected for a hotel that isn't exactly cheap. When booking, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the hotel's underground parking costs 12 euros per night, which was also a surprise. Breakfasts are quite substantial, but there wasn't even simple oatmeal... The available food isn't very suitable for someone with gastritis..."

"I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff. Not a single staff member was not exceptional. It is worthy to point out that it may not be optimal to stay here with a baby (which we did) as the hotel has many lights, loud-ish music and smells of strong perfume - things that do not bother the average person but makes it a bit stressful with a baby. Nevertheless, definitely a recommendation! It is also a 20 mins walk away from the city Center, that’s something one should be aware of as well."

"I was informed by email in advance that there was a large event at the bar downstairs that day, but I didn't think it was so noisy. Rather than sound, the deep bass sound is very loud, and earplugs and noise canceling are really meaningless. I have cancer from 12:00 to 3:30 in the middle of the night. It was really painful. If you receive an email saying that there is a large event, cancellation is free, so we recommend cancellation."

"Location: The hotel is right in the heart of Zagreb, within walking distance to several museums, other hotels, and pedestrian streets. The hotel itself is also very well-equipped with several restaurants, and the rooms are very comfortable. During winter, the heating system is effective and not particularly noisy."
