"On our second day in Atami, we switched to the Resorpia Hotel by the sea. Since we were coming from another onsen hotel, we took a taxi directly to the 1st floor. Guests can only access this hotel by walking down from the 9th floor on the hill.
The location is fantastic; we could see the ocean right from our room's balcony. The next morning, we could even watch the 'Tangerine Sea' sunrise đ
from bed.
The public bath is on the 5th floor. It's a bit of a shame there's no open-air onsen, so you can only enjoy the view through the window while bathing.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to Atami Station, but you need to book it in advance.
The facilities are a bit dated, but the hygiene is still very good. Overall, it offers decent value for money."

"The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast leaned more towards a Japanese style. The only slight drawback was the hotel's location, which was a bit out of the way, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach the commercial area and the beach. However, the hotel's ground floor had a large convenience store and souvenir shop, both well-stocked, which somewhat made up for the slightly inconvenient location."

"Let's start with the positives: It's a 5-minute walk from Atami Station, the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are clean and well-proportioned. We were able to open two 39-inch suitcases simultaneously without issue. Breakfast is served at the downstairs cafe, typically a small drink and a sandwich. Although it faces the railway tracks, we didn't find the noise to be a significant bother.
Now for the negatives: Right next door is the Tengoku Funeral Hall! I think this should definitely be noted, as some people might find it quite off-putting, though we personally weren't too bothered by it. The Toyoko Inn across the street shares the same location."

Onsen was good all the time.
Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station.
Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast.

"I didn't have high expectations after looking at the Ctrip score, but many hotels were fully booked that night for the fireworks display, so I came to this hotel. It was actually OK.
The room is not small, the terrace is super large, you can see the sea, but it is blocked by high-voltage wires.
It's not far from Atami Station to the room, 10 minutes away, but you have to walk up the stairs or take an S-shaped road, which is a bit painful to carry a suitcase.
There is no bathroom in the room, only a public bath. There are very few people and it is almost reserved.
When I checked in at around 6:30, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call them to come out. It was a bit strange. And they also stipulated that the door is locked from 11pm to 6am the next day and no one can enter or leave."

"I really loved the room and its environment, facing the sea, I could watch the sunrise every day. The facilities and hygiene conditions were pretty average. There are three public indoor and outdoor hot springs available for use. The hotel has two guest room buildings with a very long corridor in between. To get to the hot springs or dining, you need to switch between different elevators. When I first checked in, I wasn't familiar with the layout and it was easy to get lost. The dining service was good; both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a rich variety of food, though there were slightly fewer fruit options. During the summer, it was crowded, so there were queues to be seated and to get food."

"The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring."

MM22887****I had wanted to stay at this hotel on a previous trip to Atami, and this time I finally got to stay for a night as a stopover. The hotel covered the train fare to and from Atami Station, and as soon as I entered, I was greeted by staff.
The hotel's lounge is accessible to all guests by card. The snacks offered in the afternoon and evening differ.
The room was quite spacious, and the onsen bath even had a small TV. All the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary.
In the morning, I went to the observation onsen to watch the sunrise. Although it was very cloudy, the sea view and morning glow were absolutely worth it. After the bath, there was milk and coffee milk to drink.
The breakfast selection was also quite varied, and everything tasted good.

AAvedisThis hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

CCHENVery satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring đ private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other. ïżŒ Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!

- The phone number listed in the email sent after booking was completely unreachable.
(On the day of my stay, I had a question and called three times, but it was unreachable, which worried me.)
- The front desk extension from my room and the public bath was also out of service.
- Perhaps because previous reviews had mentioned a smell in the hallways, there was lavender deodorizer everywhere. Personally, I'm not a fan of artificial scents, and they lingered in my nose throughout my stay. I wish they'd at least removed the fragrance.
- When I sat down for dinner, the hot dishes, rice, and miso soup were already there. Naturally, they were a little cold. This needs to be improved.
Overall, the service was more than worth the price, and I enjoyed my stay! I'd love to return.

And please make a large sign for self-checkin tablet, it took a half minute to locate the tablet.
If you have any problem, just directly press the button âcontact staffâ, they will process to relevant staff (i.e. speak in Japanese, English or Mandarin).
It is walkable distance to the beach, convenience stores 7-11 and Family Mart, and many restaurants.
No clear instruction for cleaning, other than that, all is good for our stay.

This time, breakfast and dinner in the room were included. The performance was quite average and some disappointment. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

TTengqisizhiCame here for the fireworks. You can soak in the hot springs at the hotel next to the fireworks display, have a buffet, then change into a yukata and head over leisurely. The hotel buffet even includes unlimited beer, cocktails, and more! I loved the chawanmushi, grilled fish, beef brisket, tempura... and there was sashimi too. For breakfast, I grabbed some natto, and wow, that's truly 'hellish' cuisine, haha! đ€Ł
They offer a JR station shuttle service. The driver was very nice and helped with our luggage. We decided not to take it on the way there because we wanted to explore the onsen town, but the hilly roads were quite a trek, very difficult to walk. I'd recommend just heading straight to check-in first, then exploring. The onsen also had a manga corner.
Oh, and you don't actually need to bring your own yukata for the fireworks! This hotel has many different patterns of yukata available for guests using the hot springs.

RrptshaIt can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We donât know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 oâclock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.

PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.
