"🗻 Location: The hotel offers a very clear and beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is truly stunning. However, the hotel is located a bit far from supermarkets and convenience stores, so having a car would make it much more convenient. 🍽️ Food: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, there are complimentary light snacks provided, which is a very nice touch. The chef was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the taste was decent. 🧼 Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the bed was soft, warm, and comfortable. 🧴 Amenities: Guests can freely pick up amenities near the elevator. There is also free hot and cold water available downstairs, which is very convenient. 🧺 Laundry: The washing machine service was slightly expensive. 👩💼 Staff: Most of the staff appeared a bit serious, but they were still professional and provided good service. However, they did not smile much or proactively give recommendations as much as I expected."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best features was the washing machine in the room, which was incredibly convenient and truly made the experience even better, especially for longer trips. The hotel atmosphere was nice and cozy, and everything was well-maintained. Although the breakfast was simple, it was fresh, delicious, and very satisfying — a great way to start the day. "Things i like: Location super good, just around 5mins walk to the bus terminal for the shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Staffs are friendly and helpful The hot bath is quite nice Free drinks and udon If the weather is good sky is clear, Mount Fuji can be viewed right away. Things i don’t like: Bathroom is compact and the toilet is so tiny that unless you have a micro D, you are going to manual drive every time you sit on it The ventilation is weak almost none, so the room is moist and smell"

"Lovely hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Location is a little bit far from places so it is best to have a hire car to do fuji sightseeing day trips. Right next to 2 conbinis which was great for food options as the restaurant didn’t have any vegan food unfortunately. Super close drive to beautiful waterfall/rive and caves to check out."

"The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the clam rice! 👍 The room wasn't huge, but I could see Mount Fuji from the window when I opened the curtains in the morning. I stayed for three days and went to the outlet mall all three days, but didn't find much. The best udon noodles were at the food court; I'd come back to Gotemba just for that udon! There's a free shuttle from the hotel to the outlets and also a free shuttle to Lake Kawaguchiko, but the earliest one is at 8:30 AM. The earliest shuttle to Lake Yamanakako is at 7:45 AM, which is too late to catch the sunrise. Next time, I'll book a hotel in Lake Yamanakako for two nights."

"This establishment is situated on the outskirts of Gotenba, a location we selected due to having a car. Navigating to this spot via public transportation might prove somewhat difficult. While there is a convenience store nearby, other walkable amenities in the immediate vicinity are limited. The hotel provides both indoor and outdoor public onsen facilities. Additionally, a foot bath offering views of Mount Fuji is available on the top floor. Guests can also enjoy ramen or soba as a complimentary midnight snack. The rooms were clean; however, some lime residue was observed on the bathroom door, which could suggest an oversight in the cleaning process."

"Highly recommend this hotel, though the building looks weird but the view from the hotel rooms, onsen and the free lounge was amazing. However this place is only accessible if you have a vehicle. The public Bath had two outdoor tubs with beautiful view of the Mt fuji. I have stayed with the hotel next to outlet before, in comparison, this was so much quieter, less crowds and better view."

"PROS - For this price, the rooms are considered large/adequately spacious, not squeezy or cramped at all, which we think is a steal!! - We especially love the triple bed room, it comes with a mini room consisting of a table and sofa for sitting. - While the triple room we had didn't have a Mt. Fuji view, the twin room we booked did, so we are glad that at least one of the rooms has the Mt. Fuji view. - The staff at the reception are friendly and welcoming to us. They can speak English too. - Amenities like tea bags, toothbrushes, combs, shavers, etc., are available at the first floor for you to take, there's no need to bring your own. CONS - Hardly any, maybe the flat pillows, but you can take extra pillows from the level 1 area. We were initially worried about the odd smell mentioned in some other reviews, but luckily our rooms are fine and are also pretty clean -- this is the most important factor for us, as we have a toddler. Everything was perfect, except maybe the location is slightly far, but still walkable (7 to 10min). Do bring an umbrella with you though, as there is no shelter from the station to the hotel. Overall, this is a very decent hotel that exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it and would definitely stay again next time! PS: Attractions reachable from Gotemba Stn (within 20min-1hr) include Gotemba Premium Outlets, Fuji Safari Park, Komakado Kazaana Cave, Lake Yamanaka, Numazu Deep Sea Aquarium, etc"

"This is my first time staying in such a spacious room in Japan. It was very clean, and there's a free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlets. The hotel's teppanyaki was delicious. After a tiring day of shopping, soaking in the hot spring was perfect for relieving fatigue. I woke up feeling refreshed the next day."

"Overall, I'm satisfied. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a private indoor hot spring tub, though I didn't get around to using it. I suspect it was a later addition, and from my photos, it looks like the hotel might have originally been in the building with the large logo in front, but the map hasn't been updated. It's actually in the building behind where I'm pointing now, so don't make the mistake of going to the wrong one! The main draw was the affordable price. We were exhausted from shopping at Gotemba and booked it last minute for less than 300 yuan. Some rooms, like ours, offered views of Mount Fuji, though they were partially obstructed by other buildings. If you walk a bit further from the hotel to the open field, you can capture a beautiful panoramic view of Mount Fuji. It's quite close to Gotemba Premium Outlets but a bit out of the way, making taxis inconvenient. However, you can walk about 1 km to catch the free shuttle bus for the Outlets; just follow your navigation."
