"A bit expensive, but everything else is good. Our family has three people living in a room, which is a bit crowded, and the room fee is more than 15,000. There is one large hot spring bathroom and five small ones, and the hardware is relatively simple. When the crabs are in season, they are indeed sweet and plump, which is rare. Just treat it as a crab set meal for 4,000 RMB per person, and leave the rest More than 3,000 yuan is used as room fee and hot spring fee. The check-in and check-out times are very unreasonable. You can only check in after 15:00 and check out at 10:00 in the morning. The whole check-in experience is very rushed and it is difficult to relax. There are no other stores or places to visit around, which is a bit desolate. The transportation is very inconvenient, so you can almost only go there by chartering a car. Everyone knows that the price of chartering a car in Japan is very expensive! It cost almost 20,000 yuan. A family of three spent 29 hours traveling from Kyoto and back."

"This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only disappointing points were: 1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). This is a matter of morals on the part of the customer, so it can't be helped. 2. Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation. 3. When I checked out, the charge for a chuhai that I hadn't ordered was added to the bill. I noticed this and asked for a breakdown, but as a foreigner, it was difficult for them to understand. If possible, wouldn't it be better to show me the breakdown along with the price before paying? The food and the staff's service were very pleasant and I wanted to come back, but it was disappointing that it was followed by ② and ③."

"We stayed in the trailer room for two people. The hotel was headed from Yuhigaura Kizu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway, but when you approach the station, you can find the hotel immediately from the inside of the car, and it is a convenient location just a short walk away. It was a comfortable stay with floor heating and humidifier. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I think it will be the best space for two people with a wicker size. There was an explanation in the room about how to use the sofa bed, and it was easy to understand. When I used the sofa as a bed, the center table was inevitably in the way and became narrow. I think it will be even more convenient if it is a table that can be folded even a little simpler. It was also put in the hot spring of the main building, and the breakfast was delicious with the same content as the one staying in the main building, and the tour of the old inn was free, and it was a comfortable stay more than I imagined."

"Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner."

"It is a very interesting country family hotel. There is no way to get a taxi even after getting off the subway. You need to contact the landlord to pick it up. We arrived at the point where the sun fell in the room for dinner and watching the sunset. I felt very happy. There was no one in the hot spring. I really like this kind of small hotel with no one"

"這酒店太讓人驚喜了，獨自日本自由行這次主要選擇一泊二食温泉酒店，迷上這樣泡温泉吃精心準備的料理的度假方式。很多温泉酒店的一人套餐都是小房間，大房間基本上都是兩人套餐，這個酒店頂層套房有兩間提供一人套餐真的太好了，而且不是純日式榻榻米，我睡不習慣，是新裝修的和洋式，比名氣大一點的佳松苑和靜花扇的房好太多了．酒店位於夕日浦木津温泉站，特別提醒，這個站沒有任何公共交通，必須讓酒店接站，我頭一天把到達時間告訴攜程客服幫我約好了，這裏的酒店都會接站，也可到站打電話等個十分鐘左右酒店車會來。下午三點辦入住，二點半左右讓我去房間了，大堂一般但房間超出預期的漂亮，一線海景，設計合理，佈置優雅，設施優質，最出彩的設計是套房有個小餐廳與房間分隔，房間裏就不會有菜味了，高桌子非常舒服，比城崎西村屋在房裡吃好太多了。温泉熱度剛好，泡着温泉看海景太愉快了。晚餐是蟹料理，誠意十足，量很大質量也好，直接蟹肉當飯吃了，早餐簡單了點，沒有牛奶提供。十一點退房，在這個用心打造的房間裏超級享受，沒有出過酒店的門。酒店的日本顧客很多，也有外國人慕名前來，有外國員工，接待沒有問題，服務熱情周到。這個温泉小鎮很安靜有海邊沙灘，但旅遊商業幾乎沒有，來這都是到各家酒店享受海景、温泉和料理。沒有温泉商業街，適合自駕。另外可以早上去天橋立景點遊覽吃午飯然後到這裏住酒店，比天橋立那邊酒店的餐好海景好，不要晚到，下午5點天就黑了看不到海了。"

The location of the hotel is relatively rural. From the road, the building is very low-key, but entering the inside is infected by the warm and elegant atmosphere, especially when you come to the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls can see the beautiful scenery from the lake sunset, and the sunset time is reflected in the sunset. Dinner is a surprise, the crab meat package is launched in winter, but the Italian cooking method is used, the rich sauce makes the crab meat very delicious, the soup, spaghetti, pancakes are unforgettable, the grilled crab meat is then dipped in the crab paste sauce, rich in layers. Breakfast bread basket scrambled egg cheese, full weight, fresh and healthy. Every staff member. Very proactive and courteous, will nod to say hello until the guests leave. The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the hotel also has a hot spring although not big, but because there are not many guests, I am a person to use, open-air massage hot spring can see the lake and the starry sky can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is remote, it is difficult to go by car, but the hotel is fully equipped, with children's play facilities and close to the beach, with sea views.  The hotel has one berth and two meals, breakfast and dinner are very rich and exquisite .

The breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !
